Suprised they havent actually released an Album yet

Have some X-Japan.... This balad resonates so hard with me... It reminds me of a family friend who i Knew since before i was in my teens, They used to live local to us so we visited them quite often. But when they moved all of that stopped. It stopped for at least 20 years if not slightly more and they came over a few days ago and i found out the man who used to look after me after school a fair bit, Who was strong and towered way above me reduced to less then half the man he was 20 years ago due to parkinson's disease... My heart utterly broke, I had to leave for work. but I felt so sad for the rest of the day... I was shitty for most of the week and id be lying if i said i didnt cry. so as cheesy as it sounds... Dry your tears with love

Just listening to Light Bringer's new album - I say 'new' but it was released back in 2014. After their previous 2 releases which deviated so far from 'Tales of Almanac' and 'Midnight Circus' (and not in a good way i might add...) i stopped listening to them completely. First time listening through the entire album and I have to say that I am rather surprised, It seems almost like a return to form! - None of this mainstream pop'y bullshit - Just pure unadulterated power metal! Fuki with her amazing vocals are back demonstrating her excellent range, drums are powerful, Bass is strong and guitars are always at the forefront of everything just like their previous releases - This is coming from a band that lost almost 4 out of their 5 original members post Gensis if i remember correctly - These guys went to form 'Art of Gradation' which seems to or have stalled and are now part of 'scrambledsoulcircus' ???? (maybe someone can confirm?) both bands have released albums but i havent been able to buy them Sad thing now is Light Bringer is on indefinite hiatus and Fuki left or stopped doing stuff with Doll$$boX.

Solo at 6:03... Blows me away every damn fucking time.

The Lyrics Touch me particularly deeply. (Djent/Metalcore/Hardcore) Im not sure if "I tried and i tried..." is a reference to Make Them Suffer's 'My Dear Annie' - The lyrics in the ending verse sounds very close almost as if they could of been part of the same song or sung from a different perspective

I finally got around to watching the new star wars movie. Hardcore star wars fans might not of liked parts of it very much, but i for one loved every second of it! I think they set it up nicely for the next installment near the end.

Its not here yet, but i bought it.

This song has grown on me so much. Its generic and shit but i love the riffage.

TWO songs of the day because of of the contrast between the two despite them sounding similar. I dare say that soul secret has the better solo's though but they dont really come in until past the 10min mark - A very nicely composed peice of music.
