I'm pretty sure they're both self-produced bands. JILUKA releases under DPR Japan and FED is under Dizain Records.

Unknowns is a bit of an overstatement. Keita was in CodeRebirth. Ryu was in Tweit, but they didn't even last a year. I would agree that they're not a superstar team, but saying that half of the band are unknowns is a bit much.

There was another band called ダリ as well around the time the UNDER CODE band started, though they did not last very long. The vocalist and guitarist went on to form KAMELEO. If this is the UNDER CODE Dali, though, I find it interesting that they've reverted back to their name in katakana and not romaji. The logo for their OHP does have a similar placement of the characters, compared to Dali's original logo, though, with ダ being slightly higher than リ. Summoning @inartistic!

Maybe they held out hope that Ray was going to join them, but when he went over to Deviloof they called it quits?

They seem to be pretty tight with FED, too, which is cool considering how similar their sounds are. They've done a few two-man lives together recently, even covering an FED song. Talent attracts talent!

So now they're parodying NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST?

People will complain if a band changes their sound. They'll also complain if it sounds the same. I don't understand. Even though it doesn't break any new ground, this sounds like an FED song to me and that's okay.

It doesn't reinvent the wheel and it's not super interesting, but it's not bad. They're talented, but they're missing some "wow" factor. Also, Wataru sure looks like Ruki!

It's old news now since the new look has been posted, but this was their hype video that @Yukamiposted earlier (which must have been taken down). It pretty much said some stuff about revenge and how the world was hard to live in and that today they would lift the ban (on information?) So I'm guessing they're restarting as this new darker band.

The town I lived in when I was in Japan was actually JDA's home town (Hirakata) and on a hike, my friend and I stumbled across a shrine. We walked around and saw a wall full of ema (wooden plaques that people write their wishes on), which is super common at shrines. I'm not entirely sure at what the etiquette is for reading them, but just by glancing, I saw a vast majority of them had JDA's name on them. I'm guessing they were wishing for their return. I'm not a fan of them or anything, I just thought this would be a cool story to post for those who were fans.

Bands need to stop charging money for demos. The purpose of a demo ... is its a demonstration ... to try and get a label/production company/etc. Either don't call it a demo and/or release complete, finished products. 500Y is crazy for a single song that sounds like it was recorded with this:

I like the new nook, but they really need to hire a better graphic designer. Their covers leave much to be desired.

I always assumed it was like Wikipedia with it being crowdsourced, but now knowing there's one man behind it all, he certainly deserves a break. I just hope he comes back!

If her room was locked, does that mean she choked herself? Didn't Keisuke already confess? What's the relevance of the charcoal briquettes? So many questions.

Don't let the actions of one member from a disbanded RR band influence your feelings on an entire scene. Bad apples exist in every batch.
