  Personally, I'm fine, but I don't know what to do to get this expunged. The background check I had for a job recently popped up with this other dude's name on it and when I tried to contact the company who did the background check, I waited on the phone for a half hour to be told that their systems wouldn't let them access my records. I'll have to try back again tomorrow, but I should also do a credit check to make sure I'm not going to be held liable financially for this.
