they can check easy with your original id card or passport. at least if that other dude didn't stole it.

I wish it were that easy. Documentation can be faked but a criminal record is in the "system" for ever, so it's harder to mess with.
criminal record should still have some ID card number? o.o
Hopefully you can get it fixed.
It's even bad for going to Japan, since you cannot have any criminal record to enter that country.
