Guess this was "inspired" by DEATHGAZE's "SILENCE / THE END" cover.

In most cases, I use the iTunes Store (they have high quality artworks in 600×600 resolution, which is more than enough for me). If you register an account there, you can download any cover by clicking on a song you have and selecting "Get Album Artwork". However, it won't actually save it - when you remove the file from the player, the artwork will be gone. To prevent this, after selecting "Get Album Artwork", do the following: Get Info -> Artwork -> Copy -> open any image editor (IrfanView, for example) -> paste -> save it as .PNG -> Get Info -> Artwork -> Add. This way the image will remain within the file until you manually remove it.
Another source I can recommend is the last.fm gallery. Since everyone is free to upload cover arts, it's a good way too find the best quality available. Just go to an album, click on the cover, then select the one with the most positive votes. To view the full size image, go to http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/_/X.png (X = the serial number of the image).
Here is an example:

I'm not an expert on this issue, but I heard King Records usually tends to upload PVs with very low quality audios to prevent piracy or whatever. People were complaining a lot when lynch. released their INFERIORITY COMPLEX PV, and now I don't hear anyone complaining much about the sound quality of that album.
Anyway, it's a nice and catchy song, really liked it!

This tracklist reminds me of that particular 12012 album (even though it had some Japanese titles). Now I have some ideas why they dropped LIGHTNING and BALLAD...
Btw, the cover art is also available:
I think it's not their best (the text in the middle kinda ruins it), but I like how coherent they are with these animal artworks.

The title is too similar to SHADOWS, but that's my favorite lynch. album so idk (wonder if the PV song is called GALLOWZ).

Will they ever release another full album?

This at least seems to sound sort of different from the 'standard' Deathgaze rock song formula you can see in tracks like Blood or Abyss..
I agree, but it's not so different from a song like SORROW. It can be seen as a fresh thing since they rarely release ballads (while they keep repeating the BLOOD/abyss formula for many years now), but it's nothing new, actually. It's just not the "standard DEATHGAZE song".
On the other hand, I have to say I really liked it. Their ballads always do it for me, no matter what. And when I stop thinking about how they "stopped evolving" and how their songs are similar to each other, I end up enjoying most of their works. Of course I'd prefer some new ideas, but there's nothing I can do about it... so I just try to enjoy what they give to us.

I might be completely wrong, but I always linked the title to this 2-year-old letter: https://www.facebook.com/notes/dir-en-grey-official/an-open-letter-from-dir-en-grey/251636024864866
Guess it could be about how governments in the world are hiding important imformations from the "common people".

Hmm, it's basically a single collection with some b-sides / album songs added, but it's a neat tracklist imo. Though I feel like they should have replaced Heavenly with Silhouette, that song was SO MUCH better. And I'm really surprised to see Smile Again there (always thought I was the only one who liked it, but now I know the band acknowledge it as one of their best too).
omg I love how this flop band implies they've been ~evolving this whole time and cuts off the compilation timeline right when they've gone independent as if they have matured into anything worthy
inb4 releasing their 2 last minis as「IMAGO」2012-2013 and disbanding for god's sake
I understand where you're coming from, but honestly... what's the problem with the timeline? I believe any other cutting wouldn't make no sense. They had a new start with CYCLONE, and they had another one after their hiatus (2010-2012), so I see no problem with the ordering. This band have 3 major chapters in their career, and these albums are featuring the first 2. Not to mention that I couldn't think of a better closure song than over.... (if they were disbanded right after this single, everyone would praising them now).

I'm not familiar with their older stuff, but I really enjoyed their last single "Fukurou" (probably my #1 favorit song of the year). This preview looks like a huge step down to me (both musically and visually), even though I wouldn't call it bad.

So I guess there will be only one PV with the intro included. 11 new songs are more than enough, I just hope it won't be a quantity > quality thing.
Btw I'm 100% sure THE STUPID TINY INSECT will be an awkward chugfest in the middle(and UNTIL IT BURNS OUT sounds like a Linkin Park cover).

Wow, thanks a lot!

I'd like to request the lyrics of 12012's new mini-album. Maybe it's too soon, but if someone have it/find it somewhere, please share here! Thanks.

Seems kinda pointless to put both single tracks at the end of the album, but let's see how it will turn out.

This PV is pure awesomeness. I have the same feeling as some years ago after watching THE PAIN OF CATASTROPHE PV - I mean, that was the last time when they came up with a good song AND an unexpectedly good video for it.
12012 just proved once again that they are full of surprises.
