some minor news. DIR EN GREY and Sukekiyo are now confirmed for rockin'on presents COUNTDOWN JAPAN 14/15 on Dec 29th and 30th at Makuhari Messe Hall. the band will also appear in a new issue of CD & DL DATA.

somehow this artwork reminds me of a VULGAR album jacket. with the previously shown OBSCURE-esque band photo, it makes me think of going back to 2003.

all in all it was a nice experience. band is still damn heavy but didn't forget about melody. Jay Weinberg sounds more straightforward when compared to Joey Jordison. this album sounds like if some stupid ass shitcore band finally matured and did something good for Satan's sake. also back to the roots, yes. yet made on an AHIG sound. great comeback, I approve that.

I'm not a fan of nyan-style Touru like he is on Rinkaku. I hope whole album appears more Sustain-able.

I believe he's referring to European intro that has been used back in 2005. at Rock Am Ring for example. that intro never made into any release.

I want that instrumental intro they used live and on GHOUL DVD. sounds awesome.

here's a brief description of a new song: "New song started with melancholic piano melody, and other instruments joined after a while. It’s a quiet song with some stronger guitar parts.
