Since1889 for me. though i don't really have a good reason because i never really gave UnsraW a proper chance. but in the end Since1889 was the one that worked for me right away so that's good enough i guess. maybe this will give me a chance to check out UnsraW properly and compare later.

somehow i was browsing soundcloud and found this band called 蒼い芝生 (Aoi Shibafu). they're alternative and shoegazy, sometimes post-rock. psssst @CAT5know anything about them by chance?? the vo/gu also recently released an acoustic solo album. you can get it for free on their bandcamp here. it's much darker in sound and ambient-like. lots of spoken word in it too.

felt like watching some older stuff so i watched both Jeepers Creepers movies. i don't remember anything about them at all, actually i don't think i've even seen both of them entirely, except for some parts of the second one on tv when i was a kid. the only thing i remembered was the scene where while watching both movies, i couldn't help but recall a time in 5th grade when we had to draw something we were afraid of and somebody drew jeepers creepers, haha. (i drew the broken neck lady from fatal frame btw) anyway, i mostly watched both films out of curiosity. still amusing, but nothing that great i'd say. i also recently watched The Sixth Sense yesterday. not sure if it counts as a "horror" movie, but it definitely felt horror when i first watched it as a kid, haha. now that i'm much older i can finally understand the story. as for the IT remake, i'm not too excited for it but it might be interesting to check out~

rereading GANTZ because HYPEEE i forgot how cute the pairing between muscle rider and the kid was. i love almost everybody though. gonna hit the final arc soon where everything goes downhill.......still love this manga anyway.

i'm a huge fan of gantz and it was really unexpected to have a band that i also like sing a theme song for the film. it adds twice the excitement~

I never made a reply to this thread because I was too confused about my own thoughts and feelings to write anything, and I still am. But I do think about this thread from time and time and want to write something so I’ve finally decided that I should just let my thoughts flow out. But I do apologize in advance because this will be a really long post… Again, I’m sorry that I wrote so much. I might have gotten too personal in some areas, which is kind of embarrassing for me to even write, but I felt like writing all this down could somehow sort out some of my thoughts and feelings. This is still kind of new to me because I never really talked about it with anyone. I’m still feeling slightly confused about it and sometimes I even feel like I’m making it all up. *thread revival*
