i was meeting someone for the first time in a classroom or something and they told me that my breath stunk. it didn't seem like she meant it in an offensive way so i told her that i was actually glad she told me that. i had another dream in which i had a different younger brother and i was trying to hide away from him on the way home from school, most likely because i didn't want him to bother me. later when i got out of my room i saw him peering at the room we call the "study room" when some burglar suddenly jumped at us. i tried to stop the door with a chair but failed (it was a sliding door btw) so i attacked the burglar with the chair instead. but it seemed to have little effect so he kept attacking my brother who then passed out. i got enraged and found a pole somewhere and started attacking him with that instead, and then it just ended there .__.

that was pretty fast! i wonder if they'll have a new sound and i wonder if i'll like it..

^oh, i didn't know about the first track, but i believe the second track is a re-recording since it sounds different. i'm guessing that the first track may also be a re-recording.

No not really, I haven't even heard of the term until now. ^^; I just had a liking to Akira Kurosawa's films and watched a few, well I was more interested in Toshiro Mifune to be more accurate...haha. What sort of films are jidaigeki?

Just watched Visitor Q, and although the whole movie was weird and strange, I was mostly disturbed by the kitchen scene with the visitor and mother. After watching it though I was kind of captivated by the actor for the visitor, Kazushi Watanabe, so I checked his other film roles and watched 19. Interestingly, he's also the director of the film. The movie is wayyy different from Visitor Q though, but his character in both films still resemble each other slightly. 19 is more atmospheric with a soundtrack only as much as some gloomy and grungy guitars, and one insert song from a shoegaze band that I still have to find the name of. I kind of enjoyed it~ Oh, and I thought I'd share a list of my other favorite films too, aside from those I mentioned in op: Gaichuu 9 Souls Aoi Haru Aoi Tori Karaoke Terror Linda Linda Linda Noriko's Dinner Table (watched it a month back or so and i'm completely impressed) Rainbow Song Solanin (adapted from a manga by Asano Inio) Yojimbo

getting some Elegance vibes from this. it's not bad but i'm still hoping for some darker songs.

i have no problems with the vocals though...? the previews sound good!

knew them for a while too and kinda thought they already disbanded when i got back into my vk phase 1-2 years ago. it's nice to see how long they lasted though even with their small audience. but i gotta admit that i only like about half of their stuff, mainly Tora era. they have some really great songs, but a lot of it also doesn't sink well with me. some of my fave songs are 追憶, 影, and gibberish. Creature was the first release I heard from them so it's quite memorable for me as well. Violations is also a pretty good release.

@seurong qujaku have so many good songs i can barely choose...! my song of the day:

baroque - we decided to be cool and invented oshare/art kei but now we casual and autotune af (ryo and kei are also gay for each other) Plastic Tree - that one band whose vocalist looks like L from Death Note, and actually did a cosplay. THE NOVEMBERS - some loud noises and screaming, and some stuff you can sleep to Jinkaku Radio - emos who decided they weren't emo anymore
