    There is no mention of a 'Best Of' Album on their website as far as I can see.

     Perhaps I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that this track-list is made up of あなたはもう一度やった's personal song choices for if there were a 'Best Of' released.

    I swear there was a new single on the discography set for release in April or May, but now there's just a 2nd press of SM in April and the second SM single collection in May, and then Slivers music video a week or so after that. Did I simply imagine a new single?!  ; - ;

    That's sad news, he's a fantastic guitarist. I haven't been into them for a long time either however. I'd be interested to hear how different they'd sound with a new guitarist, though I also wouldn't be at all surprised if this disbands them. Good luck to them! Maybe Sizna will join and jazz it up? Haha.

    Yeah he totally could have just announced it. I know he's been part of LIN for a long time now, but before that didn't he make some bold statement (many years ago) saying he won't take to the stage again after all that seedy Undercode business he was called out on?

    Uh... Mio said he wont give up, and they will continue working as four and are asking for our support? Doesnt seem like a conditional disband or any disband planned at all...

    Someone want to confirm? This is what I saw... Maybe I am wrong but that doesnt seem like Unite at all.

     

    Indeed I see no mention of disbandment or even a hiatus, only that they will continue to make music together as four.

    Fatima - 静む体温 and DELUHI - 星の無い夜に
    Shizumu Taion always made me sad, the lyrics are beautiful and I used to watch Fatima's last live DVD religiously almost every day, that always made me sad. DELUHI's Hoshi no nai yoru ni has sad, yet pretty lyrics which unfortunately have more meaning to me than ever, as my best friend and singer of my band passed away in December last year. The lyrics of this song remind me of the longing for some kind of connection again. It's comforting but I could also cry.

    I pay so little attention to things I don't like that I can't think of one.

    Japanese Rock and Shoegaze. Songs with a lot of classical instruments incorporated.
     
    10. What do you listen to, to hype you up?
    Something Jazz-y and upbeat or with a particularly good bassline. Passionate singing and violins will get me pretty hyped too.
     
    11. What do you listen to when you want to calm down?
    Catherine OST, some Persona, Shin Megami Tensei and Final Fantasy OST. I also have a traditional Japanese instrumental CD called 'Cherry Blossoms' that soothes me.
     
    12. Last gig/concert you went to?
    My friends band 'Badfood'. They played in their warehouse and had built a makeshift floor above where they played so everyone was above them dancing and had to look down through gaps in the wood to see the band. Unique way to listen to/watch a band.

    Moran, HOLLOWGRAM, Mejibray and サウイフモノ (souiumono)

    I dunno... Fall Out Boy or something.

    I do know of one that are really good.. a Japanese one but I can't remember their name for the life of me. >o<

    Last thing I listened to on the raido was my bands hour long documentry radio show that played 5 times last month, once every Sunday haha..
     
    23. What do you think of Classical music?
    I love Classical music, it's beautiful, powerful and the talent in those who play it is out of this world.
     
    24. What do you think of Country music?
    I don't mind some Country style, but it's not something I go towards.
     
    25. What do you think of Death metal?
    Particular kinds of Death Metal I like a lot, others sound too ridiculous.
     
    26. What do you think of Visual Kei?
    Visual Kei is a lot of fun, though I'd like to see more experimental DIY bands in the scene for some diversity. Otherwise, I still enjoy it a lot.
     
    27. What do you think of Hip-hOP?
    I like some old school 90s Hip-Hop and a tiny bit of newer stuff, but if we're talking Hip-Hop that's actually beautiful? Nujabes, that man.. Such gorgeous music he made. I also own a couple CD's by Loop Junktion who're Japanese and they do hip-hop with sort of Acid Jazz infused, it's really good. I also like the Japanese hip-hop group 'Buddha Brand' haha.
     
    28. If you were a musical instrument what would you be?
    Bass Clarinet (I was told that I'd be this based on looks haha)
     
    29. What do your parents listen to?
    When I was a kid, they'd listen to soul and such like Barry White, Luther Vandross, old R-Kelly stuff, Prince. My ma also listened to like Cat Stevens and Fleetwood Mac and stuff.
     
    30. Favorite movie/anime/video game sound track?
    Movie: The Propsition.
    Anime: King of Bandit Jing or Howls Moving Castle.
    Video Game: Too many to choose.. Final Fantasy/ATLUS games OST.

    In all my favourite bands, yes. In more than 50% of music I listen to, nope.
     
    32. Have you met any famous musicians?
    I've partied with Roger Meddows Taylor (Queen's drummer), I've played a gig with Mike Watt (Bassist from Iggy Pop and the Stooges) and I used to hang out with the Horrors when I was a teenager, dunno how big they are any more. I'm met James Chance a few times.. I've met quite a few people so I'll leave it at that.
     
    33. Do you follow the music charts, like the top 40?
    Nope.
     
    34. Do you watch music TV?
    Nein.
     
    35. Do you listen to the radio?
    Not on purpose, but if I'm in a car I like to put on Magic FM in the hopes that the Glory of Love by Peter Cetera will play hahaha.

    ダウト (D=OUT) - 歌舞伎デスコ
    I remember listening to this praying they'd written something like they had been pre-Peace&Smile Company. Alas the whole album was boring as hell.

    Sometimes.

    グレイシア (GLACIER)
    I just listened to them again today and I can only somewhat enjoy one song, the rest sounds so bad.

    Engrish, I Love you.. wheather the love to you of one minute,or all the summer,I better goten the before.

    I love long songs! Also if a long song is good it feels like it ends in two minutes. If a short song sucks, it feels like it ends in 7 minutes. I love long songs.

    Not very often at all. There are only specific things I want to find or new things I'd like to try. Most of which ends up deleted within the day. xD
     
    46. Are there any specific bitrates that you prefer?
    320kbps. I don't mind anything really, but as a standard I like that.

    Pretty shitty 95% of the time.
     
    48. What do you think of Noise (music)?
    Noise is too broad a genre. Noise can be so many things, but most commonly listened to 'Noise' sounds pretty ridiculous to me. However certain aspects of Noise is really cool and can be done really well.
     
    49. Do you prefer listening to music on speakers or with headphones?
    Headphones, though I generally only do when I'm out nowadays.

    Hitomi and Koichi.

    Almost every waking moment on good days.

    Around 50 CDS, and like 200 vinyls. I fucking love vinyls. Wish more new music was released on vinyl.

    Some songs can be catchy and have good hooks.

    The autotune thing isn't everyone's cup of tea i guess. Your point stands though.. I thought the whole thing was rather coherent until the weird quasi-harsh vocals in the middle.

     

    I hate this fad of inserting "mandatory" brutal sounds randomly just for the sake of having them regardless of how out of place they are (*_*)

     

    Still really like IC's vocals though (esp. when he was doing his UVER-ish stuff)

     

    Yeah it's that, just what was the meaning of those parts being smacked in. I didn't listen again but from the first listen they even sounded kinda out of time with the rest of the music, almost like when you're listening to a song and then you open a youtube video and it's like BLERG over your nice song haha.

    But yeah, I really like IC's voice, which is what bugs me with that weird autotune sound through the entire song. It not only completely overshadows the instrumentation, but also just ruins what is a pretty nice voice to begin with. Perhaps if he'd just done it in bursts during certain verses it may have worked in some way. Anyways, we will have to wait and see. Maybe that was just a one off.
