I still don't get the hate for 30stm to be honest. I saw them live once and loved it. I've seen Dir en grey live four or five times and loved it. What if they're on the same bill, just don't go and watch them if you don't want to. (As far as I'm concerned Kings of Leon is stranger than 30stm) That said, I love Rinkaku. A lot.

Sounds great. Can't wait to hear the full good quality rip. Can't wait to see them live again as well... It's been too long.

mom and stepdad are getting married and I need to read that on facebook because no one can be bothered telling me a person I thought was a friend pretty much backstabbing me every five seconds but when I confront her it's as if I'm seeing ghosts. Sorry, but no... my ex is together with one of the only people I considered a friend, and after I went out to eat with some people, including my ex because we have mutual friends, she's now ignoring me as well while she knows I have no interest in that guy anymore... (knowing that a few days earlier I went out with her and all was good) My sister dragging me and my name in her fights with our mom while I have nothing to do with it and I have my own problems. My grandparents telling me what they'd rather see me do while they know it's not "my thing" and I have a goal set out for me already. I'm 24 for fucks sake. Can't I just mind my own business... Just people in general, basically...

I agree with some of you here, especially what Champ said. I, too, never understand when people just change 180 all of a sudden and say everything they once listened to is now crap. A few months ago I had to edit an editorial of a girl who went to Download festival and she was pretty much just talking crap about all bands that she'd listened to when she was "a kid" and how she couldn't understand etc etc. Why be embarrassed about that? Why see it as a "guilty pleasure" while at the same time you're asking yourself how on earth you'd ever loved such crappy music? Seriously, I nearly pulled my hair on that edit. Right now I might not listen to every single band I listened to years back but much like what was mentioned before, I still can get why I liked the songs and if they pop up on shuffle or on the radio or wherever, I don't mind and I'll still like them. For VK, I was 14 when I discovered Japanese rock music and even though VK is not what pulled me in, I have been listening to various VK bands since. We're 10 years further now and even though I don't listen to as much of it anymore (mainly because the music business just bores me and hardly anyone seems to be able to be original these days), I still listen to a lot of them. The ones I started listening to back in the day, I still check their new releases. I think it's different from person to person but saying that something totally isn't your style anymore while years before you were so into it, I don't think I'll ever get it. One of my siblings told me that a few years ago "I don't like rock music anymore." I never understood why :/

I admit that he didn't do that much in their songs since they went major but I'll miss him

Oh, I see, that's good news, I hope we'll get to hear it soon, his last album was way back in 2007 if I remember correctly. I listened to all 3 of his albums, but I kinda lost track of him lately. So he had a "new" single, I'm gonna have to go hunt for that. And thanks! He had a new single, and a mini called "Behind the Melody"

Sarang was working on a 4th album, but I'm not too sure about when it will be released. He had birthday gigs earlier on, and it was mentioned then. His last release is from 2009 or 2010 I think. A digital single. btw, nice line-up of artists you have there

I love HLIN to be honest. It's just sad they hardly have anything. Their songs always seem to capture me when they burst open. fPWvtfEo5KQ Kim Sarang too. Love his voice but he's hardly known anymore :/ ASDw0U0Bv2A

Their latest MVs are the only ones that have interested me since I got to know anything about them. Hope they'll stick to that.

CL didn't graduate from berklee, Bom went there but I don't know if she took a leave of absence or if she graduated. It's certainly not CL though. She debuted with 2NE1 when she was 18 and she didn't go to uni from that time till now so she can't have graduated in America if she was in Korea the whole time.

Ooooh... Can't wait! Sounds good

Another OST? ooh... Can't wait though. Love their songs.

Lots of people went from VK to Kpop (some discarding VK completely, others just listening to both). I don't really get it either, but it happened to me as well. Though I have the explanation that I grew up listening to rock and pop at the same time because of my parents and I've always had a thing for pop music, though my real love lies within rock. Not one is better than the other. Both have horrible vocalists, both have awesome vocalists. Both have bad music and both have good music. It all just depends. I'm only really a fan of two or maybe three and a hip-hop group though a listen to loads of different kpop artists. It's just catchy and fun I guess. At the same time I also have loads of Krock, which is a scene harder to dig into. It reminds me I should post some stuff here. You guys might like it. I have no real explanation for the link between them, but I do think it's interesting. As a few have stated before, some people might just like the visuals? The "concepts per release" is a thing that returns for both.

That's not the point of this I think. The idea behind the experiment more seems like "if people see VK, they'll like it." Pretty much saying that it doesn't matter what a band sounds like, as long as its presented as VK they'll listen to it. Which is something most of the people here don't agree with I guess. Lots of people care about the music first. Others are different and when they see it's an indie band, they probably won't even pay attention. Take that same indie band, and give them a different "look" and suddenly everyone wants to check them out. That's what it's about "looks" over "music". Which is sad. The overall VK scene isn't much better than most of the "emo" scene. "Don't look the part" => "Don't care". (And I did loads of interviews with bands from that scene so don't go and tell me that I'm saying that because I have something against it) I, for one, couldn't care less if bands are VK or not. Whatever sounds good, I'll listen to. Hell, I listen to just about anything :s

Welcome to MH! B.A.P is the odd one out but I like them as well Apart from that you have a nice line-up of bands! I personally love OOR as well.

Love this song. They never disappoint

It seems I'll be forever stuck to Anomie. I don't really like the direction they've been heading but I hope the singles prove me wrong.

I think I'm slowly drifting away from my own age "border" too these days. Ever since me and my ex split up, I don't even know if there is anything I care for anymore. At the moment I'm just "feel good with someone, whatever the age". I'm convinced that I won't ever be with someone who's a lot older than I am, or a lot younger though. There's still some limit. But 5 year difference suddenly doesn't seem that big anymore :/

Used to have a Sega Mastersystem and Megadrive and the oldest Nintendo till we left one when my stepdad and mom separated and my granfather put the sega with the trash :/ this is still a family situation every now and then as it angered not only me and my dad but my uncle as well. Apart from that I have an old gameboy, a color, a DS, and a PS2. Never owned a PS1, but my brother did so I played his one. Never had a N64 either, but I did play on it at my friends'. We used to have an atari too, but I don't know what happened to that. If I had the money, I'd buy them all. It gets me so nostalgic
