man your words cut deep. It's cool though FLCL is definitely not for everyone, I have noticed people who never seen it back in the day are more likely to not really enjoy the show from my experiences. Obviously as great deal of nostalgia comes into play as well with this show. I recently urged a friend who had never seen it to check it out in preparation for the 2nd and 3rd seasons later this year... and yeah he pretty much stopped after the second or third episodes and couldn't continue, broke my heart, but I understand what can be off putting about the series. I still rank FLCL in my top 10 of all time shows though. It's just the perfect OVA nothing has gotten close to the level of satisfaction and compactness and just overall quality since imo.

3Gatsu no Lion might seriously be one of my favorite series ever.... this second season just raised my enjoyment of it to a whole new level. I can't wait for it to return. I urge people to please go try it, honestly one of the best shows I've seen in a very long time.

here are the pieces from my custom painted MG Jesta I'm working on right now for that contest, fully painted at this point and gloss coated. this is about a week ago, at this point in time I've completely finished decals and have completed panel lining. Still have to do all the weathering which includes paint chipping, panel washing, possibly some water streaking and dry brushing (undecided if I'm gonna do these two), and pigment coating. then I need to do a final matte topcoat to seal it in. cutting it close on this one.. deadline is the 30th and work is killing me haha next update will be the final photos after I've finished the entry.

I'm a 180 hours deep into Monster Hunter World.... and the grind is fucking insane, but so addicting. Taking a break from MHW to play Final Fantasy XV PC version that dropped yesterday, ready to throw at least another 100 hours into this version (probably more than that once user mods start trickling out over the next few months).

Ah well I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's okay just replay it in a year or two down the line when your headphone game is better ggood thing about this game is that its not super long so replays are more realistic and viable.

as per usual I'm continuing my trek through the Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. anime timeline this holiday with ZZ Gundam. This has become somewhat of a Christmas/new years tradition the past few years, since I decided in 2015 to re-watch the entire timeline chronologically by production date. I'm gonna try to actually keep going throughout the year this time though... otherwise it'll take me ten years to get through every series XD oh and expect a 2017 top 10 anime rundown from me in the first few weeks of 2018. I've already got the list nailed down, just got to find the time to do a write up on it all.

Really great game tho, I hope you can get past the nausea and see it through to the end. Headphones are a must for this game, the sound engineering is just out of this world and the added sound isolation and immersion a good pair of headphones add just amplifies the game's atmosphere so much. I'm currently chipping away at Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and it's ridiculous huge world. Really great world and environments, very fun, deep, and technical battle system, and the soundtrack.... just amazing. I know this is a year with 5/5 OSTs like NieR Automata, Persona 5, and Zelda BOTW but srsly this is probably gonna beat all of those in my book.

I just couldn't resist a pair of HD 650's for 200 dollars, talk about a steal. btw my massdrop O2 + SDAC came tonight as well, freaking talk about a amazing amp/dac combo right here, my HD 579's sounds ridiculous compared to before. Now to just wait till march for those 6xx

I had a blast building this granddaddy gundam, definitely one of the best master grades I've built. The articulation is just ridiculous on this thing. I can't wait to find some time to paint it.
