  1. All EU has the same laws about it, if I remember well... (not sure about the tax one) tax: value higher than 22eur, tax+customs: value higher than 150eur. That's what it's like here, but they pick parcels randomly, I know some people who had to pay it (usually when they ordered dvds or too many cds), but I even had a parcel with 12 cds (lowered value though) and never paid it, so it's rather the matter of luck, if you don't use expensive shipping all the time (I used EMS only a few times, everything else is Airmail). I don't know what it's like in your country, but I'm just saying what my experience is and the laws are similar or the same...

  2. I received a long reply from them, I thought it will be good to copypaste a part of it, in case someone orders and their situation is similar to mine. I was advised to cancel it and that's what I decided to do, of course. That's a part of the e-mail:

Record companies continue to make CDs available

as long as there continue to be enough demands

    for them.

However, if they do not receive enough orders,

they won't make more of it available.

Unfortunately, when the CD is no longer in their

stock, they normally wait for a few weeks to

    see if more people order.

If not, they will decide to discontinue it

    after a few weeks.

That happened with this CD, too.

On our product page, we simply list availability

that their system supply into our database

    automatically.

  3. I'd like to ask about the availability on cdjapan.

Almost 4 weeks ago they sent me the e-mail about the availability change of one CD, to 3-4 weeks. I didn't want to cancel it, because they had some promotion for orders placed at some particular time, if it was 5000yen, they would give 1000yen points if I remember it well. I also wanted that CD.

It's been almost 4 weeks already (I got the e-mail on June 21) and they didn't send it, yet, but the CD has its availability status changed to "Out of Print" now. They didn't e-mail me about it. Should I e-mail them, wait 2 more days or what (so it's exactly 4 weeks)? I would like to get that CD too, but I don't know how long am I supposed to wait for it and if I'll get it :/.

  4. Also it's not necessairly a fanbase but Cologne area has quite some pretty delusional people who come to every live and ruin the fun for others with their hysteria.

Same with Poland, I get constantly flamed by these fangirls for commenting their rude behavior on the concerts (they always push others and want to touch the musicians instead of having fun with the music -___-), recently one said she reported me to admins on last.fm, because I told her to buy a mirror (she was a visual fucks material :P). So yeah, that's pretty delusional as well, they think it's a proper behavior, but in fact they look and act like retarded kawaii zombies.

  5. Dir en Grey - because of the reasons you say.

Gazette - they're everywhere, worshipped like some kind of gods, while they music isn't that good and they aren't good looking either. Try to tell their fans they suck... there is an instant drama.

Old VK fans - they are not as extreme as the fans of these two bands, but some really can't imagine how people can listen to newer bands, not their old ones. It can be annoying in some cases. Not all act like this, though.

  6. I can convince them to get back together by selling lots of vials with Queen Herpes' holy tears

I heard those were quite rare as well. You might get some extra cash for it on the black market.

I can pay 1 dollar :devilwha:

  7. What I heard is that in Japan pretty much everything except for what is necessary to live is taxed with a ridiculously high number. I think they just have one height of tax percentage, while here in the Netherlands we have three: 0%, 6% and 19%. So it's probably the high amount of tax.

Go to cdjapan and look at the tax. It's 5%. It's very low. Here it's 23%.

  8. At least Leda and Sujk formed a band with a good vocalist, unlike Despa members.................

    Disagree.

Everyone has their own taste, but many people do agree with me that Kirito and Ricky suck, especially the latter one :urg:

  9. Unless it's parody because in that case they managed to combine every single annoying trend in the VK scene into a compact three minutes of sonic torture.

Did you see the title? I'm pretty sure that's the point

Same. I really wouldn't be surprised if they did it, these guys are funny 8)
