And something about the bassist taking a hiatus or leaving or something? (I'll correct the post when someone clarifies for me)

Actually, the bassist leaves the band and the band goes on hiatus

JACK+MW will disband after their last oneman live, "LAST MAD+WORLD" at Shinjuku RENY on 2/18 as Ba.崇 (Suu) has departed from the band due to his cancer diagnosis and family circumstances.

They will also hold three consecutive oneman lives, "history of JACK+MW" at Nagoya Music Farm on 11/25, 12/23, and 1/23, at which Suu will be able to perform.

Don't spread rumors like that!! Suu doesn't have any cancer!! If you don't speak Japanese, don't use Google translate, still don't know it says shit??

Someone from his family has a cancer, and Suu wants to devote himself to the treatment of this person, so he wants to stay at his parents home in Nagoya to take care of this person and will have less time for the band. But Suu himself is fine!!

Wow this is sad, I hope Suu will be okay and be able to recover from his cancer

He doesn't have cancer. Someone from his family has. He just wants to take care of that person, but he's fine.

In the world of VK, it's the same thing.

I guess a better translation is indefinite hiatus, but I mean Mejibray also on "hiatus".

If they were planning on restarting activities anytime soon under the name Tensai, they would have given a date or amount of time and wouldn't have had their tour finale at a venue with a capacity twice the size of their normal turnout at onemans.

DADAROMA and SCAPEGOAT used exactly the same words "katsudou kyuushi" when they announced that they were pausing their activities, and they are back now... so we can't say what will happen to Tensai ! ^^
