I could be mistaken since it was a while back, but didn't Ryusei once casually mention on twitter that he's 24? I wonder how old Mirai is since he looks the oldest.

Well that was disappointing. Hope it's just this one song otherwise I guess they were fun while they lasted.

The song is just alright. Kind of generic, like that song you've heard 100 times before. The artwork for the cover is really nice though.

I was introduced to Jrock by L'arc en Ciel and their shit ton of anime openings. But I only dabbled in Jrock and was much more into Jpop (in my defense I was only 12/13) until I listened to The Gazette. The Gazette were the band that really got me into it all. My favorite band is now Nightmare, but I also still stan the gazette.

I hope this really does turn out to be temporary.

They need to shake it up a little bit. Can't wait to see what they mean with "new era."

Virge wins. Also guys can we stop nominating Kizu for everything. Apart from the drummer, their looks aren't really anything phenomenal. Nominate him alone instead. It feels like people are just throwing their name around now because they're their favorite band.

I'm actually really enjoying newer bands. Even if they're not revolutionizing anything, they're bringing back sounds that were (or are being lost). My favorites are Mamireta, xaa xaa, and DAMY.

xaa-xaa is such a cool name though. Extra cool points for stylizing ザアザア with an x instead of a z.

DAMY and Vexent played together quite often, didn't they? Kind of interesting that they announced their disbandment on the same day. I wonder if some of their members will come back together in new bands.

Their last album was definitely their weakest release, but even their weakest was still good. I was just thinking that they were being kind of quiet too and now this. This blows.

I actually feel like the filler tracks are what saved their latest releases. The songs they chose for the MVs were weaker than the other tracks imo. But tracks like 粉砕するぞ , 死因:煙草, 挿入歌, and, 実録!! 宇部市少年、大人との戦争 have all become top of the playlist for me.

Already? I love just about everything they have ever recorded, but I can't imagine it's good to continue putting out music constantly like this (Look at Nightmare). They're trying too much too fast. They need to take it slow. That being said , I am officially stoked for this release.

I'm rooting hard for these guys so they better not suck.

Also coming from an unbiased opinion since I never paid attention to AvelCain or Karma, I'm really liking what Rands is doing. Their sound reminds me of Kuroyume. I liked the first half of the album more though and Phalaenopsis is by far my favorite song on it followed by Deep Inside.

So I guess MIZTAVLA really isn't coming back, huh? Dammit, guess I'm happy for Hiryu and Yuri though. Hopefully Riuki and Kou come back soon too.

Can't wait for this. Even if it's a huge dumpster fire I'm sure it will still be endearing. Wish they would have made a budget for a PV though, even if it was Mamireta level quality.
