I totally agree! I was actually looking forward to seeing them, reading their twitter and watching the senpai no kanojo video. So going to the live was such a disappointment that I unfollowed all of them... Cult did not even have the vocal power to sing a whole song at first, but had breaks that did not even seem artistic or to engage the fans... Sounding bad live can leave such a bad impression... So yeah! Bike to Tokyo! Survive and scream on an island.... if that helps....

I agree!!!! I think Masato learned this concept during his Johnny's training.... hahahaha As that's a Johnny's selling point. Be friends and show this to the outside world. Masato is so crazy, but also smart and when it counts down to earth! I totally love the bangal licence, but I will never get anywhere with that.... at most 10 stamps... if i ever get a bonus... no plastic wrapper kiss!!!!! 🤣

They have to have some incentives for making fans buy their CDs. Hahaha I do really, really appreciate it though that they make all their songs available as digital releases and they post all MVs on their youtube chanel ahead of the release in full length. This is one of the few bands that I actually believe are doing things just to have a good time together with each other and the fans. Also it is super nice of them to have new members "try out" the band as "support" members before they join for real. I loved how they were supporting Raika, telling fans to follow and accept him. Keeping him in the middle of photos and videos. They are now promoting Jewly, too. Posting a lot of things centering on him and doing collaboration twitcasts. I also enjoyed seen Ren (former member) again in the Kiketsu MV. 😚 They are still friendly.

I hate a lot of these aspects, too. Multiple releases.... web-shop/live limited stuff.... just making it hard to get things... I used to like bands like that and it took me forever and the help of lots of friends to get my collection... also some things I still don't own because of this... So yeah, they only want to milk their fans! So when I started to like Kaitou Sentai I was honestly super surprised! They are the biggest indies around, but had a super large youtube chanel, they had 2 physical buppan-limited CDs, but all their songs were also on a super cheap album on international amazon (14 songs, 6€ !?!). So yeah, physical copies are hard to get, but they do digital releases with everything they publish. The new songs that are actually released in CD stores are also up on digital stores and what surprised me basically the most was that they release full MVs of their new singles on youtube weeks/months before the CD gets out... Super unusual move, but it does prove that if you are making music for fun/enjoyment you can do it, too! And you can make your music accessible for everyone. They have been around for ~3 years maybe? So yeah.... i guess it also depends on what a band's aim is. Making quick money? Being able to live from your band activities? Just enjoying having a band? A mixture? Most bands are too focused on the money aspect and loose sight of the enjoyment of making music. It sucks when they disband because they could not mobilize xxx people or sell xxx CDs. If you like making music and still kind of get along with your bandmates just tone down your activities... like just do stuff on the occasional weekend. I am actively boykotting merch and cheki sales of some bands I like at the moment because they are too obviously milking their fans for money... They still get my ticket money but nothing else

I have to say their lives have at least improved since the beginning where it was eye and ear cancer... But yeah, kudos for being innovative.... 🤡 I still dislike them somehow...

No, they said he is absent for health reasons and wished him a quick recovery and hoped that he would be back soon.... Now he left the band for good, tries to recover and support them somehow again in the future. He enabled DM and recieved a lot of encouraging messages and his followers even went up after the announcement. Zowi worte that he was very afraid of a bad backlash after the announcement, but was moved by all the support the fans showed him! I really, really like this! Because I believe he loved the band, interaction with his fans and wanted to do more.... So he deserves encouragement! He was the most adult bandomen ever, speaking out against Mitsu, promoting self-respect and equality between fans. He also loved twitcasts and videos and spent literally hours answering questions from his fans, even if only 6-10 were watching.... 6h videocast during christmas.... 😂 I guess it's mental health... 😔

He recently offended janiwota by making fun of the current Koyama/NEWS scandal, resulting in 60k+ views of his 10 sec video and 200+ angry comments of his tweet. 😂😂😂😂 They are a self-published band because their parodies often get prohibited by the companies behind the original (Sanrio made them trash their already produced "reverse mymelo" merch, Goemon prohibited their parody of shounen Waltz, even though a music video had already been produced, a trailer released and artist photos had been taken in pentagon fashion with pentagon rip-off costumes).
