Listened to their discography today. Why are people saying he's Kyo's clone? I'm aware he said Kyo is someone he looks up to or whatever, but... He doesn't sound like him at all. If anything, he sounds more like a bad copy. Pig squeals aren't everything. Also, +1 on him destroying his voice.

Hmm, えづく means "gurk" Or, "begin to feed", right? And I don't hear a "kokoRO", just "koko". So 抉れたここえづく? 嘔吐く ezuku means "to vomit"... "Drowned here in vomit"? Or so? Or maybe from えずくろしい, "the drowned here feels gross"? Hmm... And are you sure about the 入れて? A friend and I think it's 要らって because of how long of a pause there is in the word. Like "ira....te". Hmm... did he provide proof? Because the picture @ahnchc posts is not the same as the one Kaoru used. And saying that an artist stole something because of the same concept is kinda... eh? Of course art often overlaps, arists use other artists as inspiration. But Kaoru didn't steal anything. You can't steal colour compositions, themes or whatever. Besides, I'm highly doubtful Kaoru even knows of some random Western artist. But then again, "Of course their fans will never believe me." cancels out everything I say anyway. That's a good strategy to denounce possibly valid criticism before it was made in the first place. So your claim becomes un-attackable and you win. Bamm.
