I'd probably go by Τ, read as タウ (tau). The only problem would be that it looks like the letter T, lol.

As I have no ear for music, I wouldn't be able to say who's better/more versatile/whatever in a thousand years. All I can do is note that Toshiya was the support-guitarist for D+L for a year or so, if that could mean anything.

fwiw: The songs Zetsubou no Hako and Think about death are by a different band with the name Gesshoku, not by Kyo's first band. Apparently, this was known since 2005, but some people mixed the bands up in the years that followed and yeah, now you find them with the other songs by Kyo's band. If you have them, you can delete them if you want to.

ooh, oh no no, I don't recommend ordering there. They're overpriced, sometimes you don't get your order, close to zero communication. That website should honestly be banned from this forum, imo. I actually don't have the Hageshisa to... single. But yeah, as others said, both Western and Japanese online stores should have everything you're looking for, @psychonnect_rozen. Unless you're looking for demos, samplers etc., those rarely show up and most of the time they end up in my hands.^^'

DIR EN GREY announced that they will release a new Blu-ray/DVD, entitled 『FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of 16-17]』on August 7. They also announced the release of a new single sometime in Autumn and a new Tour, TOUR19 This Way to Self-Destruction from September 15 to November 20. Also, new EU tour in 2020.
