Kiyoharu is God

They're on the MUCC and D'ERLANGER tributes and had a couple of releases last year. Not sure where this disbandment talk is coming from.

They announced that best album a long ass time ago... For it to still not be out is kind of amazing especially if they don't do any re-recordings or remastering.

Can someone explain the Andro metamorphose comments above? Anyway, disappointd by no TREMOLO, ZETSUBOU NO OKA, GESSEKAI, Ghost, etc... Now that I think about it many of my favorite songs were not chosen. And LMC of all fucking bands takes on TSUMETAI HIKARI another favorite. Kiyo doing MELANCHOLIC sounds like it could be interesting vocally. Can't recall the last time Kiyo did a fast tempo pop song like that.

They're for the remasters of HOMURA UTA and TSUUZETSU. The new album (of new songs) came out in January unless they announced another one. Anyway, Junji Ito (who was behind the HOMURA UTA illustration) is really happy with the result:

I was thinking... Man I wish M had gotten huge. Just vocally I would love to hear Masakazu covering MUCC. ROACH with KOKORO NO NAI MACHI or KOMOREBI please... I know it doesn't fit with their current style, but I think vocally it would be nice too. If not something with that tempo I'd be happy if they would cover LION. I just hope they (any bad listed) ignore songs like Flight, Yakusoku, SORA TO ITO, or YASASHII UTA... Songs that I don't hate (well maybe SORA TO ITO) but I wouldn't say that I'm a huge fan of. Not a big fan of kyutai outside of AGEHA and HIDE AND SEEK either.

That is an amazing line up. Has nearly all the bands I mentioned in my post from September except for heidi. Love that TBH and BAND-MAID are involved. I follow nearly every band there. Awesome. Oh, I see there are still four names there... Maybe heidi is involved or did they manage to get something totally unexpected like L'arc or BT.

They're great. Could have sworn the album was announced last year or before, but whatever. Love when reunited bands don't rest on their laurels and release new music.

That's always the one I'm looking forward to, but makes me wonder if there's friction between the two. When sads returned at the KISHIDAN/VAMPS festival Kiyo posted pics with every Deg member on instagram except for Kyo.

Love how he's collaborated with so many classic VK singers already. Toshi and Tusk, and now the guys on that list. Hope he continues this trend in the future.

I like it more and more as I continue to listen to it. The guitar solos are great, and I liked how they gave J a spot for a bass solo. Hope the other songs have a spot like that for the other bassists. Song would be better if they sped it up though... Was kind of hoping for a fast blistering track for the return. Still cool though.

I find it charming? Stuff like that is what appeals to me with many VK acts.

I liked it. And the imagery is what you would expect from a visual band? What's with the hate? It's weird what people here find acceptable vs not.

Tsuuzetsu has a couple of re-recordings. Leji i'm assuming is from the live limited single. Kurutta Kajitsu is exclusive. Homura Uta has a 2nd disc with a remaster of the original. And Daikirai 2006 is there.
