      Of course! I totally understand! Sorry, I’ve had some friends slapped with that before, and I saw how much it got to them. But they got to Japan their own way. Things might be bleak now (and feel free to mourn), but things also have a way of working out and I hope they do the same for you.

      Have you looked into https://jobs.gaijinpot.com/ ? You can search for jobs that allow you to apply from overseas, and that might be just as well if you're hoping to go to the Osaka area specifically.

      Find something you can do to bolster your application, work and save some money to make the move easier, and then try again next year; don't be discouraged! A lot of people try more than once!
