The Japanese Language Learning/Support Thread!

 
 
I was talking with @itsukoii and @togz, and we all agreed that it would be beneficial to have a thread like this on MH. I'm not personally studying the language at the moment, but  I know many of the users here are, or at least have an interest in doing so.  So I figured we could all pull together as a community and help support each other in this common goal! So if you have any Japanese language learning resources or recommendations that you'd like to share, please post them here and I'll add them to this first post. Feel free to use this thread for questions and discussion related to Japanese language learning as well. However, DO NOT use this thread for translation requests.  Also if you'd like to team up with your fellow Monochromians to form a study group or something along those lines, that's also welcome! Let's support each other. Yoroshiku!
 
(just gonna tag a few people. Maybe you guys can provide some resources or words for people just learning the language or who've already begun their journey? just discovered this guy yesterday and i think his work is really awesome so i thought i'd share his stuff here in the forum so maybe he gets more recognition, cuz he definitely deserves it!!

Yeah they're a very good band hopefully they keep going strong

Despite losing their guitarist and nearing their 10th year active they are showing no signs of slowing down.
 
It'll be there 10th anniversary around the time this is released so hopefully they go all out.

I liked PHOENIX RISING a lot, so these are really great news to me. Shame about the Live-Limited stuff though.

摩天楼オペラ (Matenrou Opera) live-limited (confirmed as live-limited) CD "SHINE ON" will be released on 2016/12/23 at Shibuya TSUTAYA O-WEST at their "Club摩天楼 (Matenrou) Premium Live2016 "X´mas Night" one-man live. A free gift will also be distributed to all in attendance.
 
They've also announced a new full length album to be released at 2017 in spring, with details to be announced. 

My Japanese isn't the greatest, so can someone check to see if I missed some important information on this, please? ^^; BARKS
