  1. You think the VK fad is starting to die out?

Visual-kei has definitely changed over the years from the late 1900's to now. I personally feel that it's become too focused on the outfits and a-lot of bands don't focus enough on their music skills. Few bands keep to the original look that nearly started it too but diversity is good. Die out though? Not yet, it's just becoming more engulfed in different things/mixing in different ways.

You feeling like you're too old for this now?

Possibly/Yes. I'm just trying to enjoy as much of this as I can before I move onto something new or whatever catches my interest. Although, I'll always have my CD collection and photos to remind me of what captured my late teen years as a solid memorial.

You think shitty bands have been forming recently?

I wouldn't go too far as to say shitty but I'll say that a-lot of bands could spend tiime getting arrangements, members and ideas planned to see if it'll work out to the band's needs. Session bands are a good idea to test out and see where everyone stands at.

I believe it's best for people to know one-another for a long period of time whether it's being in a former band together or band classmates/friends. You'll get a better understanding of their personality and if you want them to be in a band but thats not always the case.

It's also good when people find other musicians that have been a multitude of bands and stayed until the disbandment, could be a key to determination.

  2. I've never used any Google music or even my own Android for music, it's all on my iPod. As for the YouTube Red, I'm not supporting it as selfish as this may sound but I've been using Adblock plus since late 2014 and it does wonders. Clearing up those ads that we have to sit through and it's completely irrelevant to the video; although I know that a-lot of famous or decent 100K YT channels, that always have advertisements.

In the meantime, I'll be awaiting to see what Sony does with their videos and the US fans in the future, if they'll ever allow us access to them again.

Also, I feel that YouTube went downhill when Google took control.  I'd rather donate to a paypal account versus having to sit through an ad.

With paying for the removal of ads, that's indeed what  @yakihiko said and I agree, it is a desperate call for money.

  3. I only know of the GazettE from that collection of songs and they're a good band.

    1. Luzmelt - sacrifice

    2. SuG - Alterana.

    3. Five Finger Death Punch - Walk Away

    4. Papa Roach - Getting Away with Murder

    5. XodiacK - 君に降る絶望の雨

    6. Children Of Bodom - In Your Face

    7. Children Of Bodom - Bodom Beach Terror

    8. LIX. - Lorelei

    9. DELACROIX - PSYCHEDELIC REVOLVER

    10. DELACROIX - Gauss+

It's hard to beat the classic Oshare-kei bands but SuG got my like on this one.

  4. me neither.

I ask that people not get upset/start conflict on this post but-

    My take on it is:

Airbending goes with Native Americans due to the seemingly peaceful culture. (Airbending is notable for being almost purely defensive, pacifist nature of the Air Nomads)

Earthbending should be self explanatory (hint hint... most people think that Africa is nothing but dirt/ground.) Seriously, a-lot of people aren't educated about how Africa actually differs from what the media puts out there.

Waterbending due to having the main waterbender in the series, Katar, having to put so much effort and training into her bending skills and wanting to perfect a-lot of techniques. Also let's not forget that Aang did achieve some things before Katara and she got angry. (They let their defense become their offense, turning their opponents' own forces against them)

Firebending.... I'm not completely sure on this one but maybe due to overpowering the opponent and full of rage with most of their attacks. Zuko and Azula seemed pretty angry/hot-headed most of the time. ("Fire Nation twisted this into firebending being fueled by rage, hatred, and anger")

  5. It seems that ever since their bassist left that things were going downhill. I did like their mini-album and first and third single. It's a real bummer that they're disbanding though, Yuuto should continue, he's a good vocalist. Even if it takes a year or few to form a new band.

  6. Depression runs in the family.

Anxiety was a big problem growing up due to mainly being in a family of people with intense anger management issues but through the years, thanks to friends and some counseling I've become better and still working to at it.  I've became more social and self confident too, versus the younger me that was pretty anti-social and full of doubts.
