      well they said they can't do anything until the package is sent back to them so they can resend it.I think they only replace it if you choose tracking service and THEN when the package gets lost they replace it

      Cheesus! I guess most packages are not sent back, they're just lost in postal void.

      My order should have been arrived about 15 days ago. No tracking. Adios, cds.

      well there's still a chance,cause I got my LUCHe. CD after 24 days so think positive :D I'M more afraid that I won't get my SHEDIA CDs,because today is the 39th day..If I only know at which customs office my Package is,then I would try to contact them -_-
