geist 227 Posted August 10, 2017 This question has been floating around my head for months. With the popularity of La Vie En Rose and Basilisk, why did D'ERLANGER decide to suddenly disband? It just seems highly unusual that amidst their meteoric rise in popularity that they would suddenly call it quits for 17 years until their revival in 2007. r... 720 Posted August 10, 2017 (edited) I think I remember reading something about disagreements with Danger Crue at the time. But, I guess kyo also wanted to do something different than CIPHER and Tetsu. But, when you think about that, kyo was also featured as a guest vocalist throughout all of CRAZE's albums... so, my best guess is they actually had some problems with their agency. But whatever problems they had with MAVERICK 30 years ago have been ironed out, since they still have ties with them. Edited August 10, 2017 by r...
Chikage 23 Posted September 12, 2017 I'm not sure if it is right or, I heard that it was because of Kyos alcohol problem - but that in fact could be a rumor But this is a good question!
