It's not a new band.

 

瞬獄殺 (Shungokusatsu) is an old session band who exist for a while now (maybe several years) and the line-up is always changing...

However this time, it wasn't announced as a session band at all? so maybe it turns into a (more) formal band now?

who knows, Ituki continues as a former continue session band, that he will perform more often?
