ジン formed in 2012 in Osaka. They use elements of traditional Japanese music in their songs and wear elaborate outfits that suit their sound. In 2013 the band left their original label, Livqueur Records, and after a short hiatus resumed activities while managing themselves.

Starting a thread here because I love Zin and I think they deserve way more love than they get. Riku's vocals are really enjoyable to me, and I don't think there's a single song of theirs I haven't liked. Their new single 病ミ彼レ sounds awesome, I can't wait for the next two.

Very good band indeed! Really like Riku's vocals as well. I think my favorite song by them is Sakura no Koi, nothing really special about this one but idk it's very catchy

Oh my god one of my most favorite bands.

 

Riku's vocals are really good. His voice is high but it's not too high and his screaming is pretty well done. They're a good mix of heavy and light if you don't like too much screaming in your music.

 

I think they're a good band to start with tbh. Their melodies are catchy and the shamisen in the background always makes everything sound pretty.

I feel like something happened to riku between him and the band members. Im unsure what??? :/

 

Either way love this band a lot. There was only one single i wasnt a fan of that was Yami Kare idk why i couldn't get into it i love the beat/pace of the song tho.
