Visutox 188 Posted December 18, 2014 Hi guys. I have a Razer Electra and recently my cat cut both of the cables that came with the headphones. I bought a new cable (Caliber cable series, 3.5mm) but the problem is that only the left audio output does roughly work. What could be the problem? The cable? The headphones? Is the cable not appropriate or something? Thanks in advance.
Zeus 7997 Posted December 18, 2014 If you can, plug the cable in the wrong way so the right side goes to the left ear and vice versa. If the left side still works afterwards then it's your headphones. If the right side goes out, then it's the cable. 1 Visutox reacted to this
Visutox 188 Posted December 18, 2014 Thanks for your answer. I tried and when I plug the cable in the other way, the left side doesn't work and the right side remains inaudible in any case. Gonna go back to the store and change the product, hopefully it will work. If not, I'll have no choice than to buy new headphones. 1 Zeus reacted to this
Zeus 7997 Posted December 18, 2014 Sounds like that's all you can do in this case. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
Visutox 188 Posted December 18, 2014 There's no problem, don't worry. You tried to find a solution and that's already something, so thanks again!
