  1. Except I wouldn't really classify Master of Puppets nor ...And Justice for All thrash metal. With the exception of Battery, Disposable Heroes, and Damage Inc, the album falls in the realms of heavy metal rather than thrash. (Yes, I am aware that you mentioned the first three, but I got what you meant.)

Honestly? I don't see it exactly as a kyo solo project. There's a lot of influences going on from the rest of the band that it's very hard to say it was solely kyo's work. Don't get me wrong, I'm not discrediting him on anything. Anyway, this is also a first time where I didn't hate the remixes of the original songs. This album is in the running for the best album for me. 10/10

That was pretty catchy. I still need to buy their last two albums, but too poor to get around to it.

Caved in and pre-ordered the limited edition copy. Can't wait to hear the remixes.

Imagine if they were to suddenly pull a PV of the remake of Macabre with Behemoth qualities such as Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel or even At the Left Hand ov God. Anyway, I noticed right away that the sound for the tracks were a little different than the EP and the Rinkaku single and lo and behold, the mastering was done by none other than Ted Jensen.

Everyone is getting it wrong. The next PV collection won't be called Average Latin, it will be called MEDIOCRIS LATINE. Back on topic... I've yet to watch the DVD, but did they pull off a small behind the scenes snippet of them recording the next album like they did on the bonus DVD for Different Sense?

In short, you just didn't like the album. To each their own I suppose, but I doubt that one person not buying their next album would spell doom for the entire band.

I don't hear it nor see it. Please explain why and how.

Creepy? In what sense? I thought the devouring of fruit that resembled the heads of infants to be somewhat creepy.
  10. I always assumed that glam metal was one of the things that inspired the VK bands nowadays. So, what the "western VK" bands are doing is very similar to the bands back in the 80s... just more feminine and weebish.

No, they did that festival tour thing in England a few years ago.

Karou comes off like a Japanese version of Tony Iommi as far as looks for some reason. Maybe it's the crucifixes he wears from time to time?

I almost forgot about this band. Last album I got of theirs was Music, but that was because it was one of two available in the States at the time.

I haven't followed them after they hired Dr. Mikannibal. Nice to see they are still doing the whole SIGH album title thing though.

I'm hoping that the acoustic version of Ruten turns out to be the band playing with acoustic guitars much like the rerecorded version of undecided along with a nice haunting piano piece to go with it. The plain piano and kyo's vocal remixes have always been designated as an unplugged version, so I doubt they are going with that route in the first place.

Heh, thanks! He tried to do it earlier and he pointed at the security guard in front of me. I shook my head wondering and he shrugged a little. He then went back and he tapped the security guard on the head before handing me the mic. Plus the singer basically threw the horns up at me as well. Seriously, they are really nice guys. I got to meet the drummer before the show and the rest of them at the merch table. Plus, lucky you being close. Then again, I really shouldn't complain. My spot wasn't bad at all considering the VIP got ahead of the general ticket holders!

I should really get into Plastic Tree more. 1. Hank3- P.F.F. 2. Gojira- The Heaviest Matter of the Universe 3. Willie Nelson- The Harder They Come 4. David Bowie- Valentine's Day 5. DIR EN GREY- BUGABOO 6. Rush- Headlong Flight 7. the GazettE- Filth in the Beauty 8. The Rasmus- Livin' in a World Without You 9. Dagoba- Face the Colossus 10. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds- Jubilee Street This was a little tricky for me, but since I just literally saw them a few days ago, it went with DIR EN GREY and Rush at a very close second.

Greetings! I'm the guy that basically shot those videos. It was my very first concert of the band and thought it would be cool to shoot a few. Anyway, I was amazed by the energy from both of the bands. Shawter, the lead singer of Dagoba, actually handed me the mic during one of their songs and I just pulled off this pretty nifty death growl as well as the line buddy that was with me. I can't wait to see them again in the near future. And since it was my first concert with DIR EN GREY, I decided to just give Kaoru my Angry Birds hat I was wearing. Although, in hindsight, Toshiya would've appreciated it a little more? I don't know. Damn, this ranks even better than the Megadeth concert I went to. And as far as that intro? I'm pretty sure it will be the new album intro. After all, they used the intros for both UROBOROS and DUM SPIRO SPERO as opening tracks for the tours that lead up to the album. Out of curiosity, where were you inside the venu, Original Saku?
