I found that music is a good motivator for language learning in general (and also helps in improving pronounciation or making new vocabulary "stick" better in your brain). :)

@Jigsaw9 you're right. Just like my band's name HRM Projehktes. the Projehktes is from the word "project" then.

I know what you means. maybe my expression isn't clear. I hate with those elementals means the main theme full of those elementals. just like, blues rock, funk metal, freejazz, jazzgrind... though they're rock, metal or punk, I don't like it. ah, and I don't like raggae too. but rapcore may be okay. I also don't like popular music, but pop punk I like it. pop rock I like it a little.
  21. Akc-Hrm

yeah, I sometimes listen to old school hardcore, thrashcore and beatdown hardcore, but listen to metalcore, deathcore, post-hardcore a lot.
  22. Akc-Hrm

most of the Nagoya Kei bands. and a number of those -core bands (about 1200) and thank you!
  23. Akc-Hrm

Here comes another problem around me. Some of my friends are -core music lovers like me. And they can't understand why -core bands do make-up like Nocturnal Bloodlust. Though they're awesome. But they think make-up is the way to attract female fans so that they're "fake" bands. I don't think so of course.
  24. Akc-Hrm

yeah, I know what you meant. so, we can't judge a band whether it's VK by its genre. VK isn't a music genre at all. It's only a commerical propaganda. and I know BVB isn't the first one, the early black metal and glam metal bands also did so, like KISS. and glam metal is developing too, it's not the presentation of 70's or 80's, there're also modern glam metal. As I know, the 70's or 80's glam metal is called hair metal today. In general, make-ups are only a method to let people know them. Bands are bands, not cosplay groups. Cosplay with music isn't a band.
