you know what? Patriot and Theater are my favorite vistlip releases Revolver is kind of a stand-alone cuz that was their very first release and i don't think they ever reproduced that kind of sound anywhere else after that (especially songs like Edy and Black Tail, although Moon Light Snow Rabbits is archetypal of what would become one of their signature styles).

is possibly my favorite vistlip song? the relentless drive in this song is unreal. it's like they packed every single emotion that ever existed into 4 minutes+. 

is rougher (though still a distance from songs like Night Parade or 零 haha). this is my favorite vistlip song from their recent stuff i.e. post-CHIMERA.
is rather distinct as well - my favorite track off GLOSTER which is their heaviest release to date. 
ok i hope you find some songs that you like from this list i've been listening to vistlip again over the past week and they just reminded me what a big part of my life they are >_>

I began with STRAWBERRY BUTTERFLY which hooked me instantly. I was so enthralled by vistlip, it made me explore their previous releases and I wasn't disappointed. And then when the preview for SINDRA came out, I knew instantly that this band was going to be very important to me. It's funny because vistlip has brought at least 6 or 7 people into my life and the band has had an influence in friendships I've made IRL too which I find crazy and remarkable honestly. For 2 to 3 years, they were a huge part of my life xD

I'm gonna shut the fuck up now though, but yeah...they're really special to me.

^^^THISEGOIST is one of my favorite singles by them! Yeah, practically after Kazuki left, their stuff has been good (Supernova), shit (THE BEGINNING) and very nice (Emotions), but, as you said, not as good as their older songs!

Same. After CORE happened, I kinda stopped listening to them as much.
Supernova, THE BEGINNING, and Emotions were good, but they weren't EGOIST and LILIA good. I still remember how crazy I was over EGOIST xD

look, we know you don't like electro vk or pop rock or soft rock. that is fine. but it gets old extremely quickly when you go into every thread of bands you don't like and repeat the same thing you've been saying for at least the past 3 years. we already get it. please imagine how it will be like if someone's constantly spamming threads of your favorite bands with posts such as yours and forcing you to read them. it's a habit that's tremendously annoying if not downright disrespectful.

hahaha EVE and the Codomo Dragon have the same sound? are you serious? and comparing SDM to Anfiel is akin to saying Chronosphere sounds like DEG. my humble suggestion is that if you want to be taken seriously, at least educate yourself about what these bands actually sound like before arbitrarily assembling a list of bands you know nothing about.
 
notwithstanding the factual inaccuracies, everyone in this forum is well aware that you obviously don't like certain kinds of sounds - which, in itself, is totally fine. but, please, stop going into every single thread of bands you don't like and saying 'boring' like a broken record. save yourself the trouble of posting stuff that people already have seen 354585 times, and ours of having to skip over the same inane posts again and again. we've already been doing that for the past 3 years and it's getting insufferable.

I just found out that the PSN store put up Dark Cloud for download. That game was a crucial part of my childhood. 
 

 
It's a great dungeon crawler RPG where you build-up weapons and they have this Georama system thing where you have to rebuild towns. It's a really great game and everyone should play it, although I feel like nobody has. xD
