sorry for the slightly late update! yesterday was the final show of Anfiel's one-man tour at Ikebukuro EDGE! At the live yesterday they also announced more good news! Anfiel will be releasing their 6th single in December, and they will hold a one-man at Shinjuku BLAZE on 2017/01/22 to commemorate their 2nd anniversary! This will be the largest venue ever for Anfiel so far (around 800) so they will be doing all they can to try and fill it Tickets are on sale! New look for their upcoming single "Lamplight=melody"

hikari says they won't be officially disbanding but they will be on hiatus, so that they can be be back someday even if it's just in the form of a 1-day revival. i don't know but i don't feel too good about this - it might effectively be a disbandment in spite of all that.

i love their look. at least simple but stylish is better than bands that spend a ton to look ridiculous lol.

アンフィル(Anfiel) has announced at their oneman live at Ikebukuro EDGE tonight that they will release a new maxi single "Lamplight=melody" on 2016/12/14. They will hold their 2nd anniversary one-man live 「Lamplight&feel.-equal-」 at Shinjuku BLAZE on 2017.01.22, at which a live-distributed CD will be given out.

アルルカン(arlequin) will release their new maxi singles "真っ赤な嘘(makka na uso)" (2 types) and "影法師(kageboushi)" (2 types) concurrently on 2017.03.01. They will also hold their "2 conceptual one-man tour" 「嘘と影-自分を保つ為の2つの顔-」 starting from 2017.03.04. 真っ赤な嘘 look: 影法師 look:

Today Anfiel performed at RUIDO K4, the place where they held their very first one-man live!! As expected their Tokyo fans didn't disappoint and the place was completely packed The support was so overwhelming that some of their goods sold out just after 15 minutes after the pre-live merchandise table opened LOL (my friend couldn't even get into the queue). Tomorrow will be the final leg of their current one-man tour! Anfiel will be looking to finish with a bang at Ikebukuro EDGE, the livehouse where they performed for the very first time

i wish i knew the answer to that question.. i've been talking to some glamhaze fans since yesterday and pretty much everyone is still in shock. i felt so sick after the announcement yesterday that i had to take a day off. the girl i'm closest with is a hayato fan and she's especially miserable because while all of us can (in theory) still see glamhaze until they disband in january, everything effectively ended for her yesterday morning with hayato departing with immediate effect. she's been desperately writing DMs and letters to him before he vanishes for good. anyway, i don't think anyone saw this coming. all we know is that the band has decided to disband for some time already (i.e. before their one-man at O-west on 10/8) but they didn't want to announce it on that day. in retrospect, 'last scene' was probably satoru's goodbye to all of us.. some fans speculated that their label has forced glamhaze to disband because the band failed to meet their expectations. i'm not sure how true this is to be honest. for a vk band that has been around for LESS THAN 1 year to hold a successful live at O-west is a spectacular achievement by any standard. on the other hand ASTARIA, as much as i love them, has been around for twice as long but they have fewer than half of glamhaze's fans. however, if this is true we might still see the glamhaze members back in a new band, like what happened when JILLED RAY disbanded. there are also other theories being floated around like conflicts among members (despite their assertions to the contrary), and claims that satoru wants to ditch the rest of the members to go solo. but these are mostly unfounded rumors that at this point most of glamhaze's serious fans have neither the energy nor desire to verify. i can only imagine how painful it must have been for the band to answer incessant questions from event staff and interviewers like 'what upcoming plans do you have for the band?' or 'what would glamhaze like to see next year for zeal link's 10th anniversary?' when they already knew that they won't be around for all of those.

they went on hiatus twice: once after the original vocalist's departure in 2006 (forgot his name), and another hiatus in 2012 which shunsuke unofficially announced at the live i went to see them (it was some time after their consecutive digital singles). i'm not sure if it was ever formally announced in writing but for the past 3 years they have done sporadic sessions and nothing else. 2 weeks ago show said on twitter that they will be resuming activities. they have even revamped their OHP and started an official LINE account.

グラムヘイズ(glamhaze) will disband after their one-man live 『The Last Story』 at Shibuya REX on 2017/1/15. Ba.芹沢隼人(Serizawa Hayato) has departed the band as of today. They will release an album 『haze,fine later』 on 2016/12/21.
