I'm kinda content with their newer stuff too (actually I like their music more and more from Houyoku onwards). I admit that I didn't like their last album nearly as much as Kyuutai (which was pretty cool once it grew on me) but I don't think they're as "bad" nowadays as most people might make them seem. Every band has their ups and downs after all. (let me just say here how I loathe that typical "oh their last album sucked and the one before that too, so now they'll be crap forever, plz disband!!" mentality. not specifically speaking of just Mucc, but in general VK fandom)

They're releasing a live DVD on 2012/02/22, and doing a 13-days long concert series starting at the end of the month.

^ Yeah, it's like an audio message I guess (for example indie-VK bands do that a lot as an extra/bonus).

Thanks! Listened to it twice, but I dunno... for me it's not bad but it sure as hell isn't memorable either. Can't remember a thing except for some of the guitar parts kinda reminding me of L'Arc~en~Ciel, lol. Truthfully I liked Arcadia better, at least I could remember it almost instantly (so it was more catchy/different I guess). Still curious for the B-side though!

Listened/listening to it, it's pretty okay. Nice songs and melodies. It's kinda what I expected, maybe a bit better (and you were right, not much slowing down here xD). It's just missing a tiny little bit of extra 'attitude' (or how to say it) that I like in my K-pop - I guess I'm more of an electro-hip-hop-influenced-pop fan (my fave girl group being 2NE1 is a good indicator xD). But it's all good! Might check out their other stuff later, just for curiosity. ^^

I don't really care for them, I just wanted to say that I watched their two appearances/performances on US TV, and they were pretty cool! Congrats to them! I like their songs Gee, Oh!, and Run Devil Run (and now The Boys too, I guess?) by the way. Catchy stuff. Do their albums have lots of ballads? (like other SM groups) ...if not too many, I might check some out.

Forbidden Love sounds pretty good, I'm impressed. Actually I've been noticing how well they pull off Japanese songs (Tick Tack), unlike other groups. Whoah, are all those songs new on the album? I don't really recognize the titles...
