Yeah, that is more likely I guess. Tho I've heard of bands recording their gigs and selling the footage at the end of the live (but those are bands like Metallica, so a bit bigger caliber xD).

I can't put it as eloquently as some of you guys did, so here's a short list of random memory fragments: BUCK-TICK's song GALAXY reminds me of a particularly good new year's eve party, tho at the same time reminds me of my girlfriend at the time and how everything was so good (obviously I'm single now), so you can say it's a kind of ambivalently bittersweet and/or melancholic feel. I bought the Smile album by Boris while on a trip in Scotland, so listening to it (especially the more moody and droning tracks) makes me recall the slightly chilly and rainy days my family and I spent there, the long drives looking at the awesome green hills and mountain scenery while raindrops beat against the car windows. Listening to Merry's Peep Show album always makes me remember the awesome time I had on my first "let's go to another country and see a gig!" type of journey when me and a bunch of friends went to Germany by train to see Merry's concert. Fun times, even despite the br00tal train ride, lol.

Okay, so the fall season is slowly beginning, these two seem promising so far: Coppelion - mysterious post-apocalyptic thingie, looks and feels okay Kill la Kill - extremely over-the-top and crazy, with some brilliant artwork; if they manage to keep the manic pace up this is gonna be one hell of a show Also looking forward to seeing the first episodes of Pupa and Samurai Flamenco (and maybe Aoki hagane no Arpeggio and Koroshiya-san).
  15. Too bad it's live-only... but yay for (potentially) new stuff!

So what did you guys think of the latest MEJI' offering? Personally, I quite like it! Their previous effort - A Priori - in this 3-piece single campaign didn't really hit the spot (tho it had some nice and unique ideas but failed a bit overall) but this one really exceeded my expectations. The title track is okay-ish and not bad but nothing special. What has the most charm for me is Gesshoku, and to a lesser extent Shitto. At first when the former song started I was skeptical upon hearing that repetitive (kinda cheap) guitar riff but they won me over with all the little interesting "exotic" sounding bits and pieces and catchiness that they incorporated into the track. Following this, the last track may seem less interesting but it's a really solid poppy rock tune (with lovely outro guitars no less). I feel that they are widening their musical horizons slowly, and it's working out well for them (well, for me anyway, lol). Nicely done! | cool single with catchy tracks, a winner!

Nice to see Issay still active with his own band and other projects as well. Looking forward to it (even though I still haven't given their last double-concept-album thingie a proper listen yet xD).
