This indeed sounds awesome!! Thanks for the info.

Since everyone is in a list-making mood, mine would be... 1. Greedy Dead Souls (it was their only album when I checked them out, still the best! heavy and catchy at the same time) 2. Shadows (I didn't like it much when it came out but grew to appreciate it a lot!) 3. Gallows (not too memorable but a most welcome addition after their last few boring albums! also, awesome sound/production) 4. The Avoided Sun (literally don't remember anything of this, other than it not being bad) I won't even put the remaining two albums in the list, they're that unremarkable.

Oooooh a full album, cool!

Seems decent enough so far.

Sounds interesting, those collabs.

I think I just randomly checked a couple of songs but found them to be kinda lame / boring tbh (not enough 'punch' or power). Might look into them later tho, maybe with this new album~

A bit too longish, but surprisingly nice! (note: I've never actually liked Venom that much XD)

^ They will release a mini album actually: http://monochrome-heaven.com/index.php?/topic/32620-lucifers-underground-new-mini-album-%E4%B8%8D%E5%AE%9F%E3%81%AA%E3%82%A2%E3%83%B3%E3%83%96%E3%83%AC%E3%83%A9fujitsu-na-umbrella-release/ Also, yay, good news! Sounds like they're really determined this time.

^ omg I remember that site~ So nostalgic~~

I wonder who the collaborators are~~
-
They just can't stop, can they, lol.

^ If you like that quirky '80s new-wave style thang, you might enjoy Uchouten (tho they had a male vocalist):
-
Here's a pretty obscure but killer band, they have a kinda experimental-metal-mixed-with-grunge vibe (or idk), Kaimokujisho:
-
Seriously, how f**in' hard it is to comprehend NOT to credit someone for a release?! Jeez... ಠ_ಠ
-
The preview sounds pretty cool! (especially that freaky guitar snippet xD)
-
lmao Here's to hoping San will take his time to do something more worthwhile...
-
Oh yeah~ 8D I hope it'll be a bit better than THE HOPELESS tho (loved the title track, didn't care for the rest).

2004 here! Accidentally clicked on some link that took me to the J-rock subpage of a now-defunct goth/industrial community. I was into anime at that time, so naturally I was like "ooh Japanese rawk music, what the hell is dat?" and downloaded all the PVs I could find there. Atsushi Sakurai, Dir en grey, Baiser, Noir fleurir, Kagerou and Malice Mizer were my firsts, among others.

we're having somewhat on an impromptu mini-plug if anyone's interested~ ;3 https://plug.dj/monochrome-heaven
