So. That was fucking noise... scarcely sounds like Ajna outside the refrain. I like the varied time signatures of the djentcore sound but at a certain point... The guitar solo was good and would have been appreciated if it didn't sound like they were trying to play similar solos OVER all the breakdowns which make up the entirety of the song lmao... This band is very talented, but they need to find an identity. They've basically already done everything this sub-genre has to offer VK... covers and themes are some typical-core try hard warped religious iconography - music is just ADHD af...

The second one is reminiscent of the visuals in Diru's AGITATED SCREAMS OF MAGGOTS.. always a classic lol I'm more fan of the white song in it's entirety but both are impressive Oh yeah it's cool to see Yoshi playing a guitar again too, that's what I was gonna say

Omg they've become monstrous... congratulations that was fucking great! Totally satisfied with the clean vocals, he's nailed a number of basic VK tropes to carry through and some of the excess noises were excellent.~ Vocally it's also unique enough I'm going to remember it later, Deviloof knows what they're doing I didnt expect such a song lol!

Loll well you're right about that, you can even see his style has changed from age to age ALSO kinda just corresponding with Kyo's changes, it's funny to think that they(Sadie) only really started floundering when Diru's activity was slowed. I'm sure HE feels like he's evolving, landing a role in a drama series is pretty cool lmao! As a listener I am judging it as an end result, the questionable creative capacity goes to... 'suspension of disbelief' I suppose Sadie benefits from being closer to a peer group than a fan group of Diru. When even bands like Grieva, who make you wonder if they would have even formed a band if it wasn't Diru worship, enjoyed their own individual fanbase.... (me included) the standard for individualism must be... suspended... for.... disbelief purposes...

I don't think we can string up Mao for being a Kyo derivative for literally 10 years, the reason being... (and I love the guy).. he doesn't have HALF the vocal capacity Kyo does. As obviously as he pays homage to him, he's really FORCED to develop his own style.. the things that make Kyo special as a singer, all of his selling points, things Mao can't follow lol. I started listening to both around 2006 and in 10 years of watching them I know Mao to be differentiated whether he likes it or not loll. In the end Mao's particular throat strain is well known in it's own right (he's kinda MORE distinguishable on initial hearing because of his unique flaws))

This is a good late-Sadie song, the guitar riff does sound Lynch - Devil a bit lol, anyway I liked some stuff from Madrigal De Maria so it's not a surprise I like this even when I couldn't humour anything else they've done as 13. I'm happy with this if it continues. Also btw their look is very nice finally, after having been as much a cheap mess as their musical ideal lol I always love Mao' s gutturals, that's something that sets him apart from his inspiration without sounding like clearly worse lol<3
