How about a Chinese clone of Turntable? http://dj.duomi.com/user/index.shtml I miss turntable.fm also, it felt more intimate in some way compared to plug.dj or other sites. Anyway, who knows what's going to happen with plug... I just wanna know who is dumb enough to fund them.

I'm not really looking forward to anything that comes from this because plug was in such a crippled state when it shut down.

establishing a subscription model was not a bad idea. it's just that they ran out of their funding from investors and clearly aren't making enough revenue from the site to keep it running.

so, plug is basically dead. they're at 6%. better get on there and make a list on youtube of all those cool songs you discovered on plug.dj... i'm kinda upset honestly, because i worked hard to maintain my playlists... all 53 of them

the beta is now showing albums on the recommendations (front?) page. you can now listen to library, mix, and recommendations radio. it uses a combination of spotify and youtube. not sure how i feel about that.
