devil's calling is truly awful , I'm honestly shocked by how bad every aspect of it is to think this band came from songs like ishtar to this mess ;_; angels cry is fine I guess I quite like Ray's voice and GYZE are ok too ;s

The more stuff they release without seiya the more interest I lose in this band.

Glad seiya is back, loved his work in deviloof and this sounds like a good mix of that. Happy with nero's vocals too was worried he was going to try too hard to sound like kyo.

Holy shit you are right, I'd personally not heard it but went searching and its a song from 2016! they must of been really digging to find material.

I'm shocked how how little there is on this album that was actually new to listen to.. out of 11 tracks we got 2 singles ok cool but they have been out a few months now 2 "interludes" wtf are theses? they don't even fit the songs they are stuck between give me the instrumental from devils proof anyday and we get 2 songs which were released last year on a single ..which a actually love but the new versions sound off somehow. so yeah you're left with 5 new songs to listen to none of which are better than the 2 old singles or songs like ishtar or return of the curse. This band was 100% saiya's writing talent and it shows. Its a shame as Keisuke does have some awesome growls

Ray nailing it on vocals and guitar, I'm glad the album will have some clean vocals and guitar solos, first song made me worried it would be all chugs and screeching (I like a mix :3)

Bit of a downgrade from Kaika and the b side of that single, you can definitely hear the loss of seiya.

Did they forget to master the album? most of the songs sound really muddy have serve clipping and worse some vocal parts sound like they were just slapped into the mix with no effort to mix them properly at all. I'm kinda used to diru albums having this heavy reverb and recording in a public toilet sound to them but I feel this is even worse. I hope the cd sounds somewhat better -__- Now the positive, most of the songs are great they have a pretty wide variety to them ( I love followers and 谿壑の欲 <3) I just wish at this point we could have Яyo Trackmaker master all Japanese metal as he seems to be the only person who has any grasp of audio engineering.
