I've always defended this band, but I'm not feeling these previews at all. I never agreed when people said they were similar to lynch., but now all I see is them trying way too damn hard to follow in their footsteps when they don't have the fanbase to do so. These previews do sound like utter crap, and it's the first time I've ever thought that.

Basically there are bands that are signed to the label itself, and there are others who are not, either they are unsigned or on their "own" labels, but in order to get wider releases they allow distribution by a bigger label. For example, heidi.'s first few releases were through enter brain, but they were not signed to the label.

The thing about cdjapan that everyone is complaining about probably has nothing to do with them. I've had similar things happen ordering from Kinokuniya. It was my bank withholding the charge until I guess they got confirmation from the company. Since it's overseas, it can take awhile. You just have to make sure to keep that money in your account when you order from Japan. Ordering from anywhere, not just cdjapan, can cause your bank to withhold the funds.

Yeah, since lynch. are major now.lynch. was never signed to enter brain. And I'm pretty sure they were never distributed by them either. They were on their own label distributed by Like a Lollipop (Like an Edison). EAT YOU ALIVE's first single was through enter brain but now I don't believe they are signed to a label (they're self-distributed as far as I know).
