    i know i used to see people in myspace from japan that don't listen to visual kei

    they had new metal bands etc in their my space

    and had dir en grey also

    they only band from "visual kei"

    so i guess people who don't listen to metal or rock can't know visual kei bands

    same happens in europe&america (most people listen to pop/people who listen to pop don't know so much about rock bands)

    they will only know the most famous

    so that weirdly doesn't surprise me because yuuri has pics like this all over his blog

    and the last years i was wondering why he was transforming into a girl

    anyway so many rumors about many jrockers being hosts or even whores

    i end up realizing how similar is the whole visual kei culture with being a host

    if they are not saved by a music company for guys that are poor or without talent

    anyway why they disbanded. i don't listen to them anymore

    i only liked them in the very beginning.but they seemed to be doing ok? weren't they?

    (what being a host you make more money easier?)

    i actually remember the comments from people i read exactly when the Ambivalent Ideal look came out

    because they were too funny

    i think when they went major i noticed too they stopped make up completely.

    we will see. but because of their history yes they are.

    they will always be tagged in this category.

    (em they don't look to you visual now you mean. remember hazuki's lipstick? loloool)

    also can you explain again the bird. where is the band i can't see :/

    maybe i'm wrong but i'm under the impression that bands in planet child don't just disband and lost

    because of what jackman and paradeis and mar's band did.

    maybe they'll do another band too.

    sorry for continue this stupid subject but have to say

    most new dir en grey fans do exactly the same as metal guys.they are very similar!! they are jrock fans who think kyo is god

    and usually don't like anything that doesn't look nagoya in visual kei.Same attitude.

    of course they are exceptions!!

    i don't think though metal fans have a problem with dir en grey because they are not trendy enough to bother them. i don't think they care.but of course it's going to be hard to make them listen to them and maybe just because of the looks.

    and i think dir en grey target maybe is more nu metal /alternative metal fans who would like them anyway probably.

    This is the common mentality of metalheads. Those are, as "real metalheads" say; "gay bands for teenagers". I used to hang around in a looooot of metalforums, and those bands were no no. Sure it's ok to like them, but call them metal and shitstorm is ready.

    But I do agree. Most VK bands who try to be metal just fail miserably. Dir en grey atleast has a clue what's going on.

    PS Gazette has said they're not a metal band and never will be.

    omg not from forums. i used to know personally people that listen to metal. that's how they think.

    i don't know about dir en grey but generally it's because they are 3 or 4 bands that are so famous and "in fashion"

    that everyone knows them , even people that don't have a clue about metal.

    and think because they know ONLY these bands they know everything about metal when they don't know shit.

    if you like metal you should be able to know they are so much better METAL bands. ---> that's the common mentality

    but metalheads are fucking closed minded even more than people who listen to pop sometimes

    Lol yeah, you were right, those were totally re-recorded. But so were Daisuke's vocals, which is pretty noticable especially in Iya and Sacher. Honestly we can never know if these were completely re-done after his death, or did Daisuke intend it this way. I think it would be blasphemy if the solo of Uso to Meiro was changed by someone other than Daisuke. Especially 'cause it's worse. But I'm pretty sure it was Daisuke.

    the fact is that the album was not finished by daisuke. even if he intended it this way he could have change it last minute.

    we will never know what he would have done.

    大佑??黒??隠者?? was daisuke's project and work

    this album is half daisuke the rest is work from friends that i want to believe love him & respect him
