Sorry, I meant Hizumi. XPactually, i am sure you're not the only one that been confused between Hizumi and Hazuki, cos i did that too xDHaha, that's a relief. XP Out of all J-Rock musicians, I think I get their names mixed up the most.

    Sorry, I meant Hizumi. XP

    It's Hizumi and his vuvuzela!

I wanted them to play that so bad, but they didn't. Actually I wanted them to play a lot of songs but they didn't. I'm still in pain from the show too, my ears are ringing, my neck is sore from headbanging and my throat is throbbing from all the screaming and singing along. Also I got to do like a 5 against me mosh pit! xD Yeah, from what I've seen, the main bulk of their setlists are composed of new songs? (which I haven't been too crazy about) Though REDEEMER must have been awesome live. XPI always take it as a good sign if my neck is sore and I've lost my voice the day after a concert. That means it was good. XDXD

Oi, oi. If they play 'Tatoeba' in SF tonight while I'm stuck at home, I'll be pretty mad. But if not, I'll be cool.
  6. white.crayons

    Woo yeah!

Eek. I heard "Becoming the Bull" off of Lead Sails and liked it. Sure. Stone me to death and whatnot. But now that I'm listening to their older stuff, it's so much more raw and not, how do I put it... synthesized and 'artificial.' It's understandable how people like Suicide Notes and The Curse better. Some powerful stuff. Thanks for the suggested songs. Love "Bleeding Mascara."

    Hee, no problem XD.

'ain't afraid to die' translation: the way that we walked together back then is lost yet always we were walking, someday shall I meet with you? atop the gently sloping hill, the snow slowly falls I understand that I cannot reach you, yet in your room, a single flower of the kind that you loved, is now... the day of last year's final snow a promise firmly exchanged when I remembered, it started to melt, and spill from the palm of my hand atop the gently sloping hill, the snow slowly falls I understand that I cannot reach you, yet in your room, a single flower of the kind that you loved, is now... all alone by the window, just staring at the snow, while I remember you through the glass, I recall you, and give you a final kiss... hey smile don't cry anymore from here on, always, I'll be watching you atop the gently sloping hill, the snow slowly falls I understand that I cannot reach you, yet in your room, a single flower of the kind that you loved, is now... the brightness quietly colours the inside of the town white you saw the season's final colours a tear falls reality is cruel, isn't it? you saw the season's final colours the four seasons and your colours too soon will disappear the snow melts, on the street corner, the flowers bloom you saw the "hues" softly dissolving the day of this year's final snow on the street corner, one single flower when I look up at the sky, the final snow will spill into the palm of my hand This was taken from centigrade-j, one of the best sites (in my opinion) for Diru translations. Unfortunately, their site seems to be down T.T. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend 'Akuro no Oka.' It has the same feel, and I believe Kyo once said they were related. It's a beautiful song. And especially 'Embryo.' Awesome song. There are two versions, one off a single and one off of Kisou. The latter has more, erm, disturbing lyrics, but they're both stunning. Other songs... Well, there's 'mushi,' '24ko cylinder,' 'Hotarubi,' 'Kasumi,' and the unplugged versions of 'Namamekashiki Ansoku, Tamerai ni Hohoemi' and 'THE PLEDGE'... And that's all I can recall. Hope that helps! You can find these songs anywhere on a rotation site since they're pretty popular.

October 24th: new single called 'Dozing Green.' Wonder how it's going to turn out.
  11. white.crayons

Wow, I've gotten THE MASS from the downloads section... And it's awesome. This is my 4th round listening to it, and it keeps getting better each time. He does sound like Hazuki! If you haven't listened to the whole single, go and download it now!
  12. white.crayons

Yes. I can now sing CRIME~tsumi~ off key! Awesome. Thanks!
  13. white.crayons

    Wow, cool! Thanks so much!
  14. white.crayons

Ahh, The Mass... Getting closer. 2 days! Ahh, will someone in Tainted World be willing to upload it in the downloads section as soon as it leaks onto the internet? This band is amazing.
  15. white.crayons

Wow. Wow. You hugged Kyo? A million fangirls would brutally murder and torture for that, hahaha. That's amazing.
  16. white.crayons

Yeah, I'm curious about the band members' histories as well. I can't seem to find much info on them... But yeah! Now that I listen closely... meth.'s vocalist does like a younger Hazuki... Without the growling and lovely screaming of course.
  17. white.crayons

Hahaha. Yeah, actually, now that I think about it... Whoa. Many bands that have some type of punctuation at the end of their names have a success/coolness factor about them... lynch., kaggra,, meth., -OZ-, heidi., alice nine.... Erm... That's all I can think of right now.
  18. white.crayons

Yup, meth. sounds pretty promising. I love the first song they've released. It's got that right blend of soothing vocals and varying tunes that keeps you interested. meth.'s a good break from all those hard indies. Thanks for posting the romaji lyrics! I'll definitely be keeping an eye for that new single. Yay, in only about a week.
  19. white.crayons

Yeah they do! The first song I heard was 'Clone Life' off of Mystic Your Heart about a year ago, and I was instantly hooked.
  20. white.crayons

Haha, wow. That's a pretty strong last statement. Though I'd have to agree. You either like TMOAB or you don't. Diru's style has gotten darker with each new release. But anyone could tell this album was delving even deeper into their maddeningly freaky-deaky emotions in a new way. Wonder what'll be next.
  21. white.crayons

Mmhmm. Every Diru band member is an immensely talented musician. Kaoru's excellent song writing skills, Shinya's crisp beats, Die's ability to match his guitar seamlessly with Kaoru's, and Toshiya's riveting bass solos (like in Akuro no Oka). Kyo just takes Diru to the next level with his voice.

*jumps into topic* Wellll... Yeah, Diru. First J-Rock band I got into because of The Final and Child prey. VULGAR's my favorite album, followed by Gauze. And then Macabre. Their latest album... never really got into it since I'm a VK-era Diru fan, haha. But if I had to pick just one song to name as my favorite, I think I'd suffer a brain hemorrhage. There's just too many to name. Shinya does seem pretty skinny. But the man can sure drum.
  23. white.crayons

Idolator's being sold on iTunes, so I'm guessing that they're attracting much more attention. It's like girugamesh. Their latest mini album's on iTunes also. Crazy stuff.
