Definitely Rurutia. I've never heard such perfect vocals, and her songs are the best things I've ever listened to. Other great vocalists include Shiina Ringo, Mizuki Nana, Shikata Akiko, and Chikudate Yuki (Asobi Seksu's vocalist).
