In my opinion, I don't care about the visuals or aesthetics at all. Sure, you might enjoy watching the PVs more because of the costumes and such, but when you're actually listening to music, you don't really give a shit about how any of the members look like or dress. I personally don't give a shit if they have dreadlocks for beards, are bald, hairy or whatever.

I don't have a top ten list either, because most short-lived bands lasted so little for a reason: they sucked. If I had to choose a few that were actually good, I'd go with tosinn and babysitter. And I'm not sure if GULLET can be even considered short-lived.

All-time favorite is Kobayashi Yuu. I also like Tamura Yukari, Horie Yui, Hanazawa Kana and Mamiko Noto. As for male seiyuus, the ones I like best are Nakamura Yuuichi and Sugita Tomokazu.
