  yeah, i just checked and metronome released their first mini fukiken na android 2002 on art-pop. not sure if they were signed there earlier or not.

  I'm not entirely sure but I think Art-pop has been Metronome's label since they started out in the late 90's?
  
  Both Terakoya and babysitter is related to art-pop in someway though.
