Woah, 嘘と愚行-それもまた人間らしいって神様は笑ってるの- was nice ._. The beginning of DE:SHOW sounded promising, but Tzk's vocals were so not refreshing at all.

Another meh release for me, even though it's still better than Paradigm Paradox and Eiki. It sounded really disjointed and it didn't even feel as one band anymore. And that hideous new look... They really need hiatus.

At least Uruha is not wearing that weird corset anymore. +1

I am always amused by how much can be fit into Koichi's hair.

So what do you think of dadaism#2? I was a little bit disappointed by this release. I really love previous two モルヒネ songs so I was really looking forward to the third one and... it just didn't live up to my expectations. KURT sounds like a generic ballad song that got rehashed by DDRM (even though that's what they've been doing all the time and it kinda works so far it seems) and ハイアンドロー didn't manage to get my attention. On the other hand, being a sucker for their jazzy stuff, I fell in love with Ars amatoria from the very beginning. This was just my first impression, I am sure some of the songs will grow on me after some time, same as it did with 雨のワルツ. But compared to dadaism#1, in which I loved every single song... NOM

Damn, I don't know if I'll go to Japan for my exchange program yet... But if not I will definitely go to their concert in Munich.

I liked 最終電車 more but this release is still pretty solid. There is not a single song by DDRM I don't like. takashi and tomo are my precious cupcakesss ♥

NEW PV called Lucid Dream: What do you think?
-
I don't think it's a comeback. It seems more like a one-time only concert to me, considering Kamijo's concerts in 2016 and Hizaki still wanting to continue with Jupiter.

These are probably the most interesting. The Gazette: I remember when we were on a skiing trip with my high school class and one evening we were sitting on a staircase with my friend watching some anime on her notebook. She then suggested watching a concert instead. The Gazette's DIM Scene in Saitama was what introduced me to jrock in general. People around us were annoyed because we were pretty much the only two people in the whole building who would enjoy such music, but that night I fell in love with Ruki's performance. It left a deep impression on me as it was something completely different from what I was used to. For the next few weeks I wasn't able to listen to anything other than them. That concert is still one of my favourites. Versailles and Mejibray: These two were almost forced on me by my dear VK-obsessed friend. She would send me so many pictures and songs and just wouldn't shup up about them that they gradually grew on me. I remember my mind being totally blown off upon a realization that Hizaki was not a woman (I think that was the moment when I took liking to androgynous musicians ._.;; ). Upon listening to Mejibray's Raven (that was the first song presented to me) I stopped the PV after a few seconds thinking what the hell was wrong with them, it certainly was the worst choice. But again I watched The Theatrical show which reminded me of my beloved DIM Scene a little and I needed nothing more. Now I can tolerate all of Tsuzuku's shit. Even Eiki. My story with X Japan is also interesting. My ex-girlfriend used to really like their live version of Endless Rain. Together we would listen to it for so many times that the song became closely tied with her in my memories. Even now I cannot listen to X Japan without thinking of her and that is also the reason why I cannot bring myself to explore their discography more. It would certainly deserve my attention...

This is so depressing, especially because I started listening to their music right after I found out they would be disbanding... Then I fell for Yuuki's voice and looks and now every single time I find a song I really like I instantly remind myself that they are no longer releasing anything. Q_Q why would you do this Camera Obscura was so nice...

I agree with your review. I was really excited about this release but... as a whole it left me somewhat bored. As people before me have already said, Moudoku felt really misplaced and Rui didn't even have to be there when it was already being used in the beginning of VENOMS. I was a bit afraid of VENOMS when I first heard the short preview because the chorus did not feel quite right, however, I came to really like it when I heard the song as a whole. The verse was a bit slow, but the following scream and Koichi's bass part made it up for me. Kairi instantly got me with its dark atmosphere. And the lyrics are probably going to be great, too. (I've managed to find a spanish translation but really I am waiting for a Heresiarchy's english translation) Until...'s guitar solo is my favourite thing of the whole mini. There are a few of MiA's solos (f.e. Anemone is the first that comes to my mind) that can spark something inside of me and this is one of them. It was an instant love. ACME and Kodoku no Catacombe are not that memorable for me, sadly. They are certainly nice to listen to, but lack that 'something' that would make me hit the repeat button. I am putting my hope into lyrics. I love Tsuzuku's lyrics. That being said, I feel like my expectations for Venoms.app were a bit too high. Nevertheless, my hunger for more Meji was satisfied and I am digging their current look, all four of them look stunning. I am still waiting for my package with Type B (Akasaka footage, yiss) to come.
