Official details on the album release: PROJECT DARKAGE

Summary:

Special limited edition is ¥10,800. It has the main album, two DVDs (one of them only having one music video, the rest having other stuff, so kind of unnecessary), and two A4 sized books.

Second DVD has a 13th anniversary documentary, DEUX music video, OMINOUS lyric video, making of “DOGMA” (music video), and all the album trailers. One of the A4 books will be a photo book, the other will just have a bunch of text.

Not-special limited edition just has one DVD with a DOGMA music video, for ¥4,320. Regular edition has nothing special and is ¥3,300.

My thoughts:

Since there will be a lyric video for OMINOUS, it looks like it won’t be some outro track. We haven’t had an album end with an actual song since DIM; looks like one of my wishes will be coming true. ;D

Also, I don’t think the GazettE has ever made a title track for an album.

I think the prices are pretty ridiculous. I think the only one that’ll be worth the money is the super expensive one, actually, so I’m saving up for that one.

And what would a Seimeisen post in the news section be without artwork?

Però ad es per qualcuno come me (o per molti altri anche) la cosa è alquanto complicata, considerando che vado ancora al liceo, quindi non ho un lavoro e dovrei spendere qualcosa tipo 500-1000 euro? E considerando che sono minorenne dovrei portarmi dietro anche la mia famiglia, il che significherebbe moltiplicare il tutto per 4.... A me sembra molto allettante come proposta, ma a tutti gli altri un po' meno insomma......

Non so se mi spiego, non ci fossero problemi andrei anche adesso, sarebbe infinitamente più bello andare ad un concerto di un gruppo giapponese in Giappone piuttosto che da un'altra parte xD

Beh questo è sicuramente notevole da parte tua e comprendo benissimo che la gente che parteciperebbe a questo tipo di concerti sarebbe veramente poca, ma mi sembra anche 'assurdo' (non proprio assurdo, però insomma quantomeno proibitivo) dover andare fino in Germania o in Francia (per parlare dei posti più vicini, sennò ovviamente si farebbe quasi prima ad andare direttamente in Giappone) per un concerto, e dover pagare viaggio di andata, ritorno, albergo o un posto dove stare e ovviamente il biglietto (con le dovute spese necessarie)....

This is the kind of song MEJIBRAY needed IMO.

 

The song itself is so intimate, unlike songs like TBB or Nepenthes. Much more vulnerable and open, (Think- the difference between A Priori and Shuuei)

 

The chorus is totally jarring. "really?" It's hot though, I would rather Tsuzuku sing like this  and make for an interesting soft song rather than whatever the fuck echo was. (ZZZZZzzzzzzZZzzz.....) It's the type of song that will probably have some casual listeners cringing and turning tail but if you have a personal interest in him this may have just made you feel.

I agree, it feels so intimate and deep, and I don't know, his voice gives me the chills (in a really good way obviously) ;;
