Mmn, manda and I met each other online about 4 years ago. She lived in New York and I lived in Georgia at the time. We were friends for about 2 1/2 years when I confessed to her that I liked her, expecting her to be like "uh o.o okay." and blow me off. Quite the opposite really. A lot of drama (not between us, but things in our lives) and roughly 2 years later, we now live together in Seattle. So, I'd say long distance relationships depend on the people involved. Distance really isn't an issue at first, though with time it can get hard and stressful. If the relationship and feelings are true, anything is possible.

As I live in a city now, I run my guitar through my Line 6 POD 2.0, then from there to laptop/headphones. But before I lived out in the middle of nowhere. Could crank my tube amp to max if I wanted to. That was probably the only good thing about living in the middle of nowhere.

Rofl this discussion needs to stop. We'll work on implementing the thanks system into the other themes we have, but I really don't see us adding this specific feature to the board. It is kinda pointless (no offense). But that's not to say you can't give a user thanks for something they have uploaded. Really, the whole point of the thanks mod is to get rid of (or minimize) the small posts where users simply say thanks in their posts for downloading something.
