LIDL 692 Posted January 26, 2011 on that website, they're using either Java script or HTML for embedding frame onto the picture. If you wanna have the same effects but permanently, try edit it with Adobe Photoshop. use selection to pick the frame off of the template then Use transparency on the new page for the frame drag the selection, save it as png open the saved file and stack it on the picture you wanted.
