Instead, I think it's more like, they have set aside a certain amount of tickets specifically FOR overseas fans at the Japanese shows. At least, that's how I interpreted it. LIDL 692 Posted January 16, 2011 oh yeah, i think they meant they have spared special seats for over seas fans for their ucoming Spring tour in Japan. Perhaps with less problem/difficulty at purchasing it than before?
