朝本浩文(Hirofumi Asamoto)(ex-AUTO-MOD) has passed away at 2016/11/30, aged 53.

 

I was also known as a member and music producer of UA, THE BOOM, ZEPPET STORE and THE YELLOW MONKEY.

 

He was unconscious due to a bicycle accident since 2014.

 

Funerals are over and were private.
