how to jpg? do you mean save it in jpg format?

just make new document on Photoshop or MSpaint and press ctrl V

and you can do selection to the picture you want, cut it,

choose jpg and save it like you saving image usually.

just found another way to save that pic:

mozilla firefox-> right click on blank space of the site ->view page info->media -> you will see http://www.81produce.co.jp/images/actor ... 902320.jpg
