hiroki 5521 Posted August 30, 2016 (edited) fyi: you do not have to be in Japan to use the M-card. just follow the instructions behind to authenticate your account then enter the password. you can view the PV at the same link for 6 months from the date of initial access (or better still, just download the mp4). if anyone runs into problems feel free to PM me!
